Ne pare sincer rău pentru inconvenient! Scopul nostru este întotdeauna ca fiecare comandă să ajungă cu succes la clienții noștri.
În unele cazuri, dacă livrarea nu poate fi finalizată de către curier (de exemplu, din cauza unor probleme legate de adresă sau numar de telefon incorecte, sau a unor încercări de livrare nereușite), coletul poate fi returnat, iar comanda anulată automat. Cu toate acestea, ne-am dori să analizăm cazul dumneavoastră și să vedem cum vă putem ajuta.
