Fantastic tea and literally the best customer service I have ever had. I didn’t like one of the flavours I received and they instantly replaced it with an alternative, no questions asked, no additional postage costs, just new tea. Can’t ask for anything more.

The staff are always so friendly, love the stamp loyaly card and in my city they give discount with the 'For Cardiff' card. It keeps me returning and I also love the samples they offer when you come in. The teas are delicious!

Got this as a gift for Father's Day and I'm seriously impressed. The tea is absolutely amazing and it's helped me cut down on caffeine, which is a huge win. I don't even bother with boring water or juice full of dodgy sweeteners anymore.

I had a small issue with a few bits sneaking through the filter, but Daisy from support was brilliant. She gave me some really helpful tips to sort it out and was super friendly throughout.

Absolutely best tea company I’ve ever purchased from, their staff are so very kind and knowledgeable and as someone who drinks a lot of teas and tried a lot of brands I really would recommend them! Their quiz is very informative and good and you can also chat to someone live and they’ll help you if you’re unsure on what tea would suit best. If you anlso ever go to their stores they are very lovely their too. Overall such a lovely company and their ethos is amazing too! Shout out to Andi who was so lovely over the live chat and very helpful!

Out of the ordinary teas that are delicious and make beautiful gifts. Most are so flavourful they're good for many more cups than stated on the bags. All their packaging is plastic free and some of it even compostable. Plus, amazing customer service!

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Lots of teas to try, lots of different combinations! Even some hot chocolate powder that doesn't contain sugar. I really enjoyed my visit.

Showed me how to make it and gave me a sample to try. I ended up buying some.

Ordered their Matcha magic whisk a week ago with 48h service. Still waiting and customer service tells me there's nothing they can do and to keep waiting! It was meant as a bday present so it's a massive no no for me. Will be servicing them with a free anti-campain for a long time.

Went to the tea blending workshop at the Bristol store last week in early-May - really good fun. Well done to Ellie - she delivered the workshop with clarity, clear explanation and good details about the way the teas we tried tasted. Also gave great info about how we should be making tea. Who knew hibiscus and lemonade worked so well!! Really informative, tasty and interesting - a great present idea, and the tasters and bags you get to make are brilliant. Highly recommended!

I discovered Bird & Blend last summer when on holiday in York. First impressions of the shop were great, it was really welcoming and I came away with a tea strainer set and some loose leaf tea. Recently my brewdini started leaking and customer service were so helpful, sending out a spare part and then when that didn’t work they sent a brand new replacement brewdini. Super company and the teas are all fantastic!

I was passing the Nottingham store when I decided to pop in and investigate matcha tea as I had heard about it but never knew what it was about. The lad who served me was just brilliant, I am so sorry I didn’t get his name but he was the only male I seen there on Monday and had an Irish accent. He was fantastic explaining matchas benefits and giving me a demonstration with no pressure selling, I didn’t purchase it as when I first tried it I wasn’t sure but I left with a cold tea and by the time I finished it I was craving more. I have recently started some medication leaving me bloated and my skin dull and I really felt this helped. I will be back soon to get a set but I wanted to pass on what a lovely experience I had in store with him. Thanks :)

All the staff at the Portobello Road branch are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer. Lovely people, lovely products, highly recommended.

Had such a great time at the Manchester Tea Blending Workshop on 11/05/25. Emily and Frankie were absolutely brilliant, really knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient. We thoroughly enjoyed it and loved buying lots of interesting teas at the end and trying so many. Look forward to revising the store and also doing the cocktail workshop! Emily and Frankie are a credit to the store.

I attended a blending experience in Leeds today with Ellie & Scott.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, tasted some lovely teas and made some of my own.
Experience had been bought as a gift & I recommend it.
I've not been brewing right even though the instructions are on the packets.
Learnt a lot & walked away having spent a bit too much on blend I thought I wouldn't have bought again

I've been buying from B&B for years, after discovering them in the Portobello London store! Amazing service and quality, both from the stores (I've been to the ones in London) and online. There's also a very supportive communi-tea on Facebook, where we share the love for tea <3

Amazing experience every time, can’t recommend the Canterbury store highly enough, the manager is so cool and calm and every time I’m there it runs like a dream.
