Minimum 12-month Warranty

Why buy from us

Many of our cars are presented for sale with the remainder of the manufacturer warranty. In all cases, the warranty will be for a minimum of 12 months from the point at which you buy the car giving you peace of mind in the first year of motoring. We will always explain how this warranty can be extended to provide cover for longer periods of ownership.

I was very impressed with your service…

I was very impressed with your service assistant, James.
He was exceptional courteous and efficient and very helpful. This is so unusual these days and needs to be acclaimed. If this is due to staff training, it is good to know it is effective, but, I suspect is a lot to do with a very capable young man.

Dan was very helpful today

Dan was very helpful today. I had a piece of trim that broke so I went and saw him at the dealership, and ordered a replacement. It arrived extremely quick, and was fitted free within a few minutes. Very helpful and really appreciated his help.

Excellent service team

Excellent service team. Popped in on the off chance they could take a Quick Look at my car, due to a noise when using start/stop function. No problem they checked it out & within 30minutes I was back on my way. nothing unusual & no safety issue. No charge. Thanks Dan (I believe that’s his name) reassured me & was polite & professional.

What a fantastic company

What a fantastic company, Steve, Damon, and the rest of Howard's have been absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Making my experience of getting my first Mobility easy and exciting. They have gone above and beyond and cannot recommend them enough. Great service, 10/10!

Awesome experience

Jack was incredible from start to finish.
Helpful, without beinv pushy, listened to feedback and was always on hand.

When i turned up on pick up day, the car was slightly dirty, the furst thing he did was jump in and drive it back round to get re-cleaned.

If you want a Nissan, new or used, go see Jack!

We had a really positive experience…

We had a really positive experience with Kia in Taunton. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and completely at ease—no pressure or hard sell, just a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Craig Telega, our salesman, was excellent throughout. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and very patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions.
We were well looked after too—kept topped up with coffee and biscuits, which was a nice touch. They were also brilliant with our granddaughter, making sure she felt included and even sorting her out with a Ribena, which she loved.
Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely welcoming experience. We’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re considering a Kia.

Not sure where to start from the minute…

Not sure where to start from the minute you walked in you were greeted with a smile I won’t say it was plane sailing all the way but the dealership were absolutely amazing they were really on it and my sales person Marcos was so professional would recommend this dealership to any one who’s looking for a professional outfit will go no where else in future wish them all well and thanks once again

Citroen Service @ Howard's, W S Mare.

Booked into Howard's Citroen W S M for my 2nd C3 Aircross service Monday 30/03 2026.
Car dropped off as arranged 8ish and collected 12ish as promised.
Service video provided as was the 1st service 12 months before. Very professional and informative video and very much appreciated.
On collecting my car, the work carried out was detailed in writing and explained to me by Grace of the service Dept. A very pleasant and pleasing experience meeting the staff of the service Dept.

Efficacity and polite professionalism here. Was in the lucky posish of being able to choose and test drive both the mini and a top spec 208: went with the Agueda yellow Peugeot and that from somebody who has driven premium German cars for most of his life.
Great staff and brilliant attention from Sam Harries. Only regret that I couldn’t sensibly bag one also in Vertigo blue…and Selenium grey.
Many thanks to the keen beans at Howard’s Yeovil.

Easy experience.

From the moment I walked on to the forecourt to have a quick look to leaving a week later with a car the experience has been great. Friendly and polite staff. No hard sales. No sleazy sales tactics. Everything explained clearly. Since getting the vehicle I have received check in calls. I popped back briefly with a question and it was dealt with quickly. I am not a particularly high value customer with regards to the vehicle I bought compared to some of the others available but I have felt respected and looked after as if I had bought the most expensive car there.

Poor service from Howard’s Taunton Hyundai

Hyundai Taunton

I had my i20 serviced 17/03/2026 reported that I have been having issues starting, sometimes the battery is completely flat or it appears that way also the stop/start hasn’t worked for 18 months or 6 months old. On the last service I reported the stop/start issue and was told you don’t use the car enough as it’s only done 3000 mile, I Said I must have missed that bit in the owners manual. Anyway they said the battery was naff fitted a new one and serviced the car.

I have used the car for 4/5 trips but have noticed that the stop/start light which was permanently amber does not show anything now and does not work, rang the dealership and told to book it in for investigation in two weeks time NOT ACCEPTABLE obviously they don’t do the job/check properly

Excellent service
