We had a very large order and when we finally assembled and entered it, our credit cards were declined, 2 different cards 5 times total. We ended up placing the order directly with the restaurant and had no problems whatsoever. We enjoyed the food immensely, no thanks to Bite Squad.

The driver was great! The food was awful and it was about an hour late. The portions were small, the pasta sauces tasted weird and were dry, and the meatballs were over seasoned - all I could taste was salt and pepper. Overall, pretty bad…

My driver was first rate. However, it took the restaurant more than a half hour after the promised time before my food was ready. My driver wrote to me and said they were extremely busy and he would stay there until my order was ready. I really appreciated that.

Bite Squad was great, but, as often is the case with this restaurant, an unsatisfying experience. I ordered using Bite Squad from this restaurant , Finn’s. They accepted my order. Later, I get a text from the restaurant that they refunded all the costs associated with my order, something about the Bite Squad person not being available. I contacted Bite Squad, and after some back and forth, they said my order had been picked up and was on its way. It arrived on time, and I have not been charged for it!

Puerto Vallarta has AMAZING food and always on point. Customer service is fantastic. Only advice stay away from Bitesquad. We ordered for our family of 6, apps and all. Was told atleast delivery would be an hour. We order from them all the time through Doordash but had to use Bitesquad due to some error on Doordashes app. Worst mistake ever. $154 order, food, fees and tip. An hour later we still had not been assigned a driver. I requested help, they told us we had a driver. 10 mins later I reach back out... same story. Finally I get a driver as my food is now 30 mins late and we were planing on leaving for out of town. The new driver reached out that she was having to have the restaurant remake the order bc someone else had picked the order up. She brings the food, and I was still missing 3 of 6 meals and 3 of 4 cheese dips. We argued until we got a full refund. We contacted the restaurant who explained what was done one their end and unfortunately they lost a lot of money on my order. They lost the first order to someonestealing, then basically a 2nd order bc they remade everything. Just for someone to steal 1/2 of the new order. Not to mention Bitesquad not paying them for the order. We will be taking care of this restaurant though. They are a stand-up business! Thank you Puerto Vallarta for good food and good service!

Jimmy was great in correcting an app issue that was not his fault. Kept me updated too!

My all time favorite. Its affordable and you get quality food.

You can't go wrong with Morton's. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lobster bisque was ono.

Guy was nice but he DELIVERED IT ON a Bike like motorcycle.. its in 50s here even with a bag it was cold. Wth

Bite squad gave the order to the restaurant but did not coordinate a driver. My food sat at the restaurant for 30 minutes before a driver could get to it. Then it was delivered to me. French fries after 40 minutes are not optimal. Bite squad ... bites. No more for me.

On time delivery of ramen bowls, gyoza and edamame. Delicious! Asked for additional tofu and pork belly and was not disappointed. Will definitely get this again.

I have been dealing with bite squad and every time that there is an issue they actually make sure they fix it and they also credit me for the hassle that I had to endure from the lack of professionalism of a driver who is picking up my order so I really think that they're really doing great and they appreciate good customers

My driver was great this time!! The last time I ordered extra sauce it wasn’t with the food, so this time I put in the comments that I needed sauce for my food because last time I ordered from them I was shorted sauce. I also put in the comments for the driver to please make sure that they put the sauce with my order this time. When my food was delivered the top of the bag was tied and I was thanking the driver an I never thought to look for the sauce until after she left. So I brought my order in and opened it up an everything was there an the restaurant had even sent me an extra sauce this time and I was so happy to know that they listened to the comments this time!! 😀
