Is zero an option. Ordered from across country. Meal for family getting home from hospital with firstborn. Charged my card the $98.00. Never processed my order. No help when customer service contacted. Cancelled order. Advised a refund would be submitted at some point. Highly do not recommend. Complete service failure.

They have zero customer service and tried to make me feel responsible for their screw up and wouldn’t refund or even credit a half received order that was cold!

There weren’t any problems. Food was fine, little on the cold side. Delivery was right on time.

On many previous orders, we've had restaurants make errors, leaving out one or more items. I put a note on tonight's order asking that both the restaurant and driver ensure that we got everything we ordered. Cody, our driver, really went the extra mile for us. He stayed and counted every item and watched to make sure the restaurant packed up everything we ordered. We are most grateful to Cody. Best service ever!

Delivery was good. Food was good but I was overcharged. I contacted Bite Squad and they claimed they fixed it. I checked my bank account and they did not. I’m very disappointed.

I have been on hold for 51 minutes and counting to speak to someone in customer service. I also started a chat 30 minutes ago and no one has responded to that either.

Selection of restaurants is very good. However the last several times we have ordered, drivers have been slow to accept the order, get to the restaurant and deliver to us. Unsure if this is due to lack of resources but by the time our food gets to us it’s typically cold. We always tip not only in the app but also a little extra. We will definitely have to rethink that going forward

Terrible. My food was never delivered even though the delivery person marked it as delivered. When I finally could get a hold of customer service, they were no help. They stated that since it was marked as delivered all they can do is refund my order. I even called the restaurant and they said the food was picked up.

Food was good, correct, hot and on time. Thank you.

The drivers for Bite Squad are consistently good, but I was especially happy with my last driver, Hiko Gemed. She was especially friendly, cheerful and polite. The food was excellent, and I was delighted!

My driver was AWESOME! Jersey Mike’s totally messed up my order and not only shorted me a sub, but also made it wrong. (We didn’t know until we started eating it.) my driver called them and they admitted forgetting a sub. So he drove back there and then delivered the missing sub, which was made to order. Service beyond expectations! We double tipped him cause he deserved it. It wasn’t his mistake at all.

Everything from American Pie is always superb

The food was fantastic! Got here faster than I could have got in my car and gotten it. It was hot and yummy! The French Toast was perfect lil sweet to my morning and the Mama Tried, was all that. Eggs perfectly cooked with bacon and toast . The grilled cheese with avocado and tomato perfect summer sandwich. Was it down with a Carmel Latte and your set for a great day!

Glenn Feil is an excellent driver getting my food order here piping hot and super fast every time.
And what can you say about Frieds except for top notch delicious food every single time!!
Glenn and Frieds is a winning combination!

My house is hard to find so I always leave instructions for the driver and they always read them and follow them. I also appreciate the text the drivers give me when leaving the restaurant to deliver my order.

The delivery woman was great!
She had my order in the Insulated Bag and my food was still hot. Not to many of your drivers does this and it ends up my food is either warm or cold.
