Warte bereits seid 6 Tagen auf eine Verifikation meines Accounts. Support Antwortet auf E-Mails / Support Tickets nicht. Sehr Fragwürdig wenn nicht mal auf Support Tickets eingegangen wird und die Verifikation nicht funktioniert.

Invertí en Bitpay una plataforma en Telegram, envié 400 dollares y supuestamente obtuve ganancias de más de 2.000 dólares pero para retirarlas de la wallet me piden 500 dollares más dizque para actualizar la cuenta. No se si es una estafa pero tienen mucha spersonas invirtiendo a diario, como hago reclamo para que me devuelvan mi dinero o ya lo doy por perdido?

Bitpay is simply the worst. I used them to receive small payments over the past several months and wondered why I never received a payout. Their response? You must accumulate at least .01 Bitcoin (around $420 in value at current rates) before they will release your funds. Until you achieve that balance level, they hold your money hostage.

There are MANY other crypto payment processors available who don't resort to this scam tactic. Don't waste your time with Bitpay.

Extremely bad company probably out of business. I created my account, uploaded all requested documents and review is pending from december 20 2021, so 1,5 month nobody even check my documents. I also sent emails many times to their customer support and no respond at all for days. I think they are out of business, so dont bother to do anything with them and find some different payment gateway for crypto which is more reliable. Very bad service, very very bad. I should check their reviews first before wasting my time.
UPDATE: After 10 days and many many emails, still no respond. Their business is probably closed and no longer operating. Please BEWARE. dont send them funds, verification documents, nothing. They are nonexist company. Probably even scam.
UPDATE2: Tried to contact them again, created new account, the same thing happened. They are 100% out of business, do not send them your IDs or crypto. This company is scam 10000%

Son unos timadores.. compras desde hay y después cuando intentas pasarlo a otra wallet no te dejan .. primero te piden un pastizal de comisión y cuando has pagado para hacer el transfer no te deja .. al rato lo intentas otra vez y la comisiones a subido mas de un 50% nada recomendable

Seems like a scam. No reply to emails or tickets. Money goes missing.

No customer service, no responses to verification, no responses to the following support requests. Total waste of time. Do not share you details, I believe they're just harvesting data and not providing a service.

BITPAY IS PURELY SCAM SITE! BEWARE FROM THEM

I was paying anvoice to a third party and they recommended bitpay. I paid exactly what was asked and next thing i got a message saying the funds were being returned to me as there was not enough to cover the invoice. That was a week ago. They took abt 50$ and im still waiting. They sent an email yesterday with some story and they will pay it yesterday..still waiting. I cant get into the app and the emails get returned?? Really bad. Cananyone tell me how to reach them?? Tx

UWAGA - przestrzegam przed tą giełdą!
Zarówno jak mnóstwo osób na dole środki zostały zablokowane. Po wpłacie na konto bitbay poprosił o weryfikację pochodzenia środków - zaczęły się pytania skąd, dokąd, na co, za co i za ile. Pomimo iż kwota pochodziła z pewnego źródła co zostało od razu udowodnione giełda zaczęła wypytywać o konta Bianance, portfele prywatne, przelewy i WYCIĄG Z KONTA. Oczywiście nie mówimy tutaj o małej kwocie bo chodzi o XXX tys. Sprawa trafi do organów ścigania oraz kancelarii prawniczej.
Z tego co widzę nie jest to jeden jedyny przypadek - na Facebooku jest coraz więcej takich spraw.

Sent documents for verification as a merchant. Over two weeks have passed, no reply whatsoever despite claiming that a review takes up to 5 days. Opened two tickets with support a week ago, no reply there as well.

I was looking for a way of using some of my Mining income that I started doing to have extra money, and I only get $100 a month for forcing my PC to work 24 hours a day. So it is quite valuable to me, especially with Covid going on. I pretty much lost it all on Bitpay with nothing in return. After funding my Bitpay wallet for $3.95 in Fees from Atomic Wallet, Bitpay wanted over a $15 fee for a $20 Giftcard. When I tried to send my funds back to Atomic wallet, Bitpay wanted a $12 fee for sending $15. They notify MANY TIMES they get $0 of the fees, like as thoughb they do this for free... BS! 4 other wallets quoted me under $4 for the SAME transaction at the same Gas fees. The Exchange rates to Gwei are like 5 times higher than market rates. I'd think bad math.. but now it's obvious they're just bad humans.. So now I have a month of mining income literally held hostage by Bitpay, unable to spend it or transfer it anywhere due to the fees being near the same as the transaction amount. Amazingly, once they tried charging my $75 in fees for a $25 exchange! Take heed! My complaint is OVERLY common and not a weird one time bug or fluke.

Seems as though you can't even cash in if you're stocks are up.

I made a mistake and sent 0.01 less to pay for an invoice. Those guys just refused the payment and said they will refund it.

But instead of refunding it straight away, they said they will hold my coins for one or two business days!!!

Since today is Saturday, they will hold my money for almost 5 days!

I don’t recommend this company!

Asking for KYC to pay a BTC invoice???

What's the point of using BTC ?

I have not used my BitPay account for about months and was going to add some BTC so I could use my BitPay MC debit but when I log into my BitPay account on my computer my login and password work fine, but all of my account information, wallet balance and transactions are gone. I get asked if I want to crate an account after I log in. No Customer support is available for BitPay so I can't even find out why my account information is gone. I can't trust a company that just removes my account information with no explanation or any way to reach them.
