I used to love bitspinwin. At first they had cool promos, great specials and good service. Now though, it's such a joke. They used to credit back bitcoin fees when making a deposit, I guess that isn't a thing anymore? Tried 3x to talk tos.upport about it and they either don't respond or they talk around the issue. I'm really convinced that it's all AI bots and not humans there. So no more bitcoin fee credits, no real promos, just the petty 5-20% bonus on then platforms no one plays and no daily wheel unless you deposit. The balloon game they can't decide if it's 20 or 30 deposit to play, and they aren't interested in answering questions about that either. It sucks because this was my favorite platform but I think it's time to cosmider parting ways and play somewhere that my business is appreciated.

I'll never see my winnings from this company they scare me out of my winnings when you talk to customer service they say the same thing it would be processed very soon you will be updated I haven't been updated on one time since I've actually requested my withdrawal and this is sad and this is pathetic and this is about to be a big old lawsuit I was requested this withdrawal of the six today is the 15th

Absolutely horrible customer service
It was difficult and confusing signing up. I didn't put my friends referral code in correctly.About 15 minutes after signing up I asked someone from customer service add the referral code and he was rude and gave no effort to correct the mistake. They are very petty. They just wanna take your money

Still having issues with this games site!
I won money & they took over 3 months coming up with excuses after excuses trying not to pay me!
Then finally I started to get paid, but I go half way through them paying because I have to withdraw my daily limit.
& now they stop trying to paying me again, saying the platform I won on is under maintenance. But then they paid me 2 days ago only once, an now there back to declining my withdrawals
Also, they block me from being able to even log on to the platform & keep giving me the run around!!
This is ridiculous & so frustrating!!
The agents aren’t helping me & when I call over the phone the guy is extremely rude every time!!!

Garbage what this place is I jus created an account a few hours ago after 20+ selfie of me holding my ID I hit over $100 I I only can redeem 50 of it turns out that I can't even redeem that without saying another selfie of me holding today's date what the game I want to redeem on for me to be able to redeem my winnings if that was the case why did my account even get verified if I had to continue to upload a selfie every time I want to redeem

Sebastian with customer service is excellent! He's very friendly and quick to answer any questions i have regarding the website and how it works. So thanks Sebastian! As far as the website itself, i think its cool that they offer SO MANY different platforms you can choose from for gameplay. They really have something for everyone! However, because they do offer such a variety of platforms the while process of making an account per platform, and depositing does take sometime. Plus you have to add the time it takes to recieve your crypto because currently i think they only offer a BTC option. So once you deposit to the website your funds go into your wallet, then you select the platform of choice and the amount, add it and check out. After you place your order, you then have to wait aprox. 20 minutes before it is loaded onto said platform...it isnt a deal breaker for me but i do wish there was a faster way to get the money on the platform. With that being said i do understand it takes a minute for an agent to get them loaded as they are dealing with hundreds if not thousands of players at the same time all wanting to play right then. ..so all in all i think its a good website with a great concept to give players multiple options for gameplay!

Play this a lot recommended it to many many people and then for some reason they decided to deny my withdrawal and keep my money they could not give me a reason why they couldn't even give me a time they said we gave you your money back wish they did not I paid very close attention to these things they did not give it back I did not lose it but they did lose me and someday they'll lose you too hopefully

Everything is exactly I was supposed to be the customer service is transparent, the only thing I had an issue with was the verification is a little awkward but I still got my winnings and today's a good day
