James is by far the most rude and disrespectful customer support employee I’ve ever spoken with in my life. I was trying to explain my situation and how I have sent in 4 photos for verification and keep getting declined. When I tried asking James what I can do to help my photos meet their satisfactory requirements, he simply said post new picture we won’t accept the same picture that they already declined. Mind you I explained and he should see for himself that I submitted 4 entirely different photos and before I could even reply he closed the chat essentially hanging up on me, or what would be the equivalent to hanging up on me. So I reopened the chat and told him how rude that was and that I didn’t appreciate what he just did and what does he do? Closes the chat again. Unbelievably disrespectful. I really hope you’re boss reads this James because you need to be fired immediately.

Great platform, staff is nice and quick to help. There are badges you can say you need to achieve my to move up and be able to redeem more. Won over 6k and after almost a year of playing I'm suddenly under review and my withdrawals are all on hold. AI bot lady Sofia said it's a "new policy" yet my withdrawal from the 2 days ago went through just fine. Been waiting 48 hours now for a withdrawal. They will find any and every way around paying you if you win an amount they believe is to much. She refused to tell me why I am under review and refused to tell me a timeline to expect. Then said she won't discuss it with me further and ended the chat. Lawyers gonna have fun on this one.

I am taking all stars back I accidentally put the wrong bitcoin address from my clipboard to deposit to skillsandslots they didn't recognize the address as theirs so I checked with bitspinwin and they confirmed it was theirs. Now they sent me an email saying they won't credit my $60 back me. They can't legally keep my money it's against the law. You can deposit but with withdrawal it's a ton of BS and u end up giving up because of the stress and I don't wannna risk my mental health cuz of it but guys seriously this company is f up

I hit a jackpot of $238 but have a withdrawal daily limit of $50. When I tried to redeem my options are to collect $50 and lose the rest or request a withdrawal everyday until I reach the amount and then I can collect. So I can’t collect for at least 4 days. This rule is no where on the site because of it was I would have spent my money somewhere else that I can actually collect my winnings when I win.
