I had a mixed experience with Blackberry Cars, so leaving a 3-star review feels fair. While the initial transfer went smoothly with clear communication and helpful service from the driver, the return trip left a lot to be desired. The driver was unengaged, didn’t assist with my luggage, and dropped me far from the usual terminal area, which was inconvenient given the price I paid. Overall, it was hit or miss, and I expected better consistency for the cost.

We used Blackberry cars on multiple trips. The drivers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were on time and very easy to deal with. We would use them again.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. After booking this transfer months earlier, our driver arrived over an hour late. We knew that we would be exhausted after travelling 22+hours from Australia, so we wanted to pay to have a driver and car waiting for us to transfer directly to our Hotel. After waiting nearly 1.5 hours, he arrived in very scruffy clothes and bad body odour. We had to push our luggage quite a way to where he had parked his car. The car was dirty and definitely not luxurious. His driving was poor and very nearly crashed more than once. Service was over promised and under delivered. We used Ubers after this and they were fantastic. No response from company when I emailed my complaint. Also cost double what an Uber would have cost us. Very unhappy with this level of service!

Didn’t show up and office does not pick up phone. Totally unreliable. Terrible experience.

This was the first time I’d used Blackberry Cars. Two journeys to and from Eurostar, on 5th and 11th February A distance of some 90 miles each way

This company is so reliable, and I will continue to use them in future. Their prices are slightly higher than my local drivers for airport trips, but their reliability and professionalism are both worth the extra expense.

Our driver was late despite us having provided our flight info for tracking. Then he blamed it on our flight being delayed one hour, which was out of our control. Once at airport, we called to let him know we received our bags, then had to wait further in the hot, crowded baggage reclaim space for him to arrive. After this, we wheeled our own luggage to the car in the lot instead of having a place to meet him and load in. It was not worth the price after a 7 hour flight. Next time we will hail a taxi.

Our journey from London Heathrow to Bourne, Lincolnshire was comfortable and pleasant. Our driver was courteous, efficient and safe. We will certainly use Blackberry Cars again, when the need arises.

In one inbound direction, everything went smoothly – good communications with the potential driver, and an uneventful drive to my hotel. He helped with luggage, etc. On my return trip to LHR. The driver ignored me, struggling with my bag down the front hotel steps. Hardly spoke to me, granted it was very early, then told me that he could not drop me in the usual place in front of the terminal, and drove into the Arrivals parking garage. He ran me through the arrivals hall into the entrance of the departures hall and left me there with my luggage. Was not satisfied with this given the cost of the transportation.

This is a great transportation company. Prices were very fair and Tariq drove us from London to South Hampton with great professionalism. Love their app that allowed me to track the drivers arrival. Tariq was on time snd courteous and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them over and over!

Three days before leaving Cambridge for the USA via Heathrow we learned that train strikes (rail and Tube) would make the planned trip impossible. We contacted several car firms and found Blackberry responsive, timely and they made the process of scheduling and booking easier than several others we tried. The driver arrived 15 minutes early, the car and driving were great and the trip could not have been better. Also, on a day that the price could have been increased massively due to demand, the cost was reasonable (certainly less than a family of 3 taking the train a day early and staying at an airport hotel) and the door to door service was a bonus with our large amount of luggage (a student retuning home). From start to finish the service was excellent and easy. I recommend this company without reservation and will keep their contact on file for future travel.

Great experience. Prompt replies by email, all details sent in good timing. Easy payment online. Both drivers were on time and reliable and having spacious and clean vehicles. The second driver had some strong opinions about refugees and London salaries weighting, but a nice a chap besides that. Would use again

Driver was prompt, extremely helpful and the whole process much easier than trying to navigate a train situation with a family full of luggage after an international flight. Transport was also very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Driver was perfectly on time. Safety brought us to the cruise ship terminal in his lovely van. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

We booked three separate transports with Blackberry while in the UK. From Heathrow to Southampton; Southampton to London; and London to Heathrow. We had two different drivers. Our first driver was significantly late for pickup at Heathrow. We ultimately had to call the car service who tracked down the driver. No explanation for the delay. Our bags were loaded and we arrived at our hotel in Southampton without incident; however, the driver was a little abrupt on starts, stops, etc. but he was very pleasant.

Our second driver provided our final two drives. We had an adjustment on our pickup time in Southampton and were going to be delayed an hour from our initial confirmation. We contacted the office via email the day prior and they made our pickup an hour later without any problems. However, the driver was late for our pickup time. It was not overly critical because we were on holiday, but with the hour delay we arranged with the office the day before, one would anticipate the driver being timely. This driver had water for us and we made it to our hotel in London without incident. But, there were a couple of times where it appeared he may have had an issue with another motorist (inappropriate gestures).

Our final transport was again with driver number 2 and again he was late for our pickup. Not hugely late, but with London traffic and outgoing flights, time matters. We arranged our pickup to allow 3+ hours cushion. Our bags were loaded and we were on our way. This time, there was no question that our driver had an issue with another motorist. The other driver merged into traffic and apparently our driver thought he had been cut off. He sped around the other driver and deliberately cut off the other driver. Thankfully, no wreck ensued but it could have been a big problem-especially if we had missed our flight because of a crash.

The reservation via email was very good, responsive, and we were able to get quotes for various options whilst planning our holiday. Payment was easy via an online service. When we had to call the office due to our late driver, it took a long time to get through the recorded message to get to a live person. But everything via email was excellent.

Prices were comparable to other services for our needs; however, I don’t think we would use this company again due to the late drivers and obvious road rage from our second driver. It made us very uncomfortable.

We used Blackberry Cars for our airport transfer to and from London Gatwick. The drivers on both trips were punctual and professional. The cars were clean and fresh-smelling.

Very professional and pleasant driver. Was waiting when we walked out of customs. Got us right to hotel. The Mercedes van was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We’ve used Blackberry before and have always had a good experience.
