The best cab service in London
We booked multiple cabs for two days going into London and across London and it was the best service ever—everything was so smooth. Every ride was pleasant, chauffeurs were great and their cabs are clean and new. We were relaxed and very pleased thar they arrived earlier than the scheduled journey.

8 April, Heathrow airport to Walthamstow. Addison Lee's driver Hamid went above the call of duty when he noticed that I was desperate to get hold of my husband in NZ. My esim was not working when I arrived, so he offered his personal phone, so I managed to call my husband. Hamid was very friendly, made sure that I was safe when I got off his taxi, waited till I got in the house before driving off. 5 stars for an excellent service.

Fast + easy to book cabs everywhere…
I didn't have to wait longer than 10mins and there was a car always near me as I used it twice in the same day. The cars are spacious and comfy too I also like how easy it is to book online +you can contact the driver directly and you know who is picking you up -they give more than just a car registration plate info

Courteous and well mannered driver. He assisted us to get in the vehicle, and was polite to other road users. When driving our road humps, he slowed down so that the passengers did not feel uncomfortable. Drove very carefully, without being tooslow. Did not speed.
