The product is VERY well made. There was a small issue upon unboxing one of the desks I purchased and the customer service team made it right in no time.

I dead ahh sleep in the chair on accident majority of the time. 100000000000/10 definitely recommend

The chair I ordered was delivered more than a month later but their support was super helpful and prompt.

I ordered the Athena Pro Black Fabric on the 02/06/26 where it was noted as 'In stock'. I got the dispatch emails, smooth, right? Wrong. When it arrived, not only was it the base Athena model but it was also a fabric design that isn't even on their website. After some digging, I found out that the design I received was discontinued. I gave them chance to rectify this which seemed promising, albeit the agitating waiting times (24 hours+) for a response to emails.

I was a little disappointed because the original chair I ordered was now out of stock and I was told that new stock would arrive on 06/07/26. So I waited. Today (09/07/26), I emailed because I hadn't heard anything only to be told that there were further delays pushing restock back to 22/07/26, 1 month and 20 days after I ordered what, at the time, was listed as in stock. There's absolutely no guarantee that if I waited until the 22nd July that it would even arrive.

Overall, extremely disappointed with this company.

Not to mention the fact that they removed a 1 star review off their website, notice how none of their products have any reviews below 3 star? This is because they delete them when people leave them - very suspect behaviour.

They are not responding to any of my emails. I emailed them constantly asking when my chair will be delivered. It’s not been 7 business days with no update.

I ordered a Blacklyte chair in December and it was without doubt the most comfortable gaming chair I've ever used. So I was a little disappointed when the chair developed a fault in the reclining mechanism. I immediately reached out to Blacklyte customer service via their online chat and received a reply within a few minutes. I was asked to provide a video of the problem which I did and I was absolutely astonished with their response... An apology AND a replacement which I received within 4 days! This is exceptional customer service and I cannot rate them highly enough (I feel 5 stars is not enough for the service I have received!). A massive thank you from me to the whole team at Blacklyte. You guys rock!

Bought a chair from them while watching the previous counter strike major in 2026, saw they were a sponsor and bought a chair from them.

chair is excellent, came with a pillow that is very comfortable and nice.

Eventually, whether due to a mishap with delivery or manufacturing, the chair broke at the seam between the back rest and the bottom.

After messaging their support team, they had a new chair free of charge delivered to me within less than a week! Honestly great customer service, really seemed like they cared. Very happy with both my purchase and services too.

Intitallly ordered blacklyte athena pro black fabric edition and was waiting for a a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, this version was on backordered and had to switch to the grey fabric. Overall, great quality and packaging. Great deal and payed $397. Once the we switched the order only took about 5 days for delivery. So far the chair has been great the first two weeks looking forward to many more gaming sessions in comfort.

Hands down the best gaming/desk/computer chair I have ever owned. After a month of daily use, it is still very comfortable and my back no longer hurts. Highly recommend to everyone

I bought the Athena Pro and the chair is excellent! Was shipped fast and in good order. Pretty well guaranteed to purchase from them again.

Just the sturdiest table and slick design

the chair quality is top notch and Speedy response from Customer service. Worth every penny!

Would be 0 stars if it would allow it. Awful customer service. Disgusting delays without any communication. Even slow at processing refund after cancelling the order (waited well over a month for Athena pro chair) supply issue apparently but next to no compensation offered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The chair is awesome. It feels and looks great. My only complaint is that it doesn’t breathe well. Especially since my pc off puts a lot of heat which makes my office hot and the chair being made of what it’s made of makes it even hotter and can get uncomfortable after long sessions. But that’s my only complaint. This chair is exactly what I needed, from the back rest to the modularity everything can be adjusted to exactly how I need.

Communication facile avec la compagnie Blacklyte
J'enlève une étoile pour le délai de livraison supplémentaire.
Bonne qualité de produit
Chaise très confortable.
Facile à monter

I bought two Athena Pro chairs from Blacklyte on sale ,and received them both quickly. They shipped separately, which was a minor inconvenience but they got here the same week. The purchasing and delivery was easy. I did not need customer service, so I can't speak to that. The chairs themselves were easy to assemble and appear well made. I ended up going with Blacklyte because I wanted to support a Canadian brand, and it was worth it.

La qualité des chaises est incroyable. Apres avoir rencontrer un petit bris avec la mienne, l’équipe après vente à su m’arranger ça très rapidement et maintenant de retour avec une nouvelles chaises. Je recommande les yeux fermé.

I bought the kraken pro right before they were discontinued. Let me tell you…. I’m glad they discontinued them. This might be the most uncomfortable chair to sit on. The “memory foam cushion” has yet to settle in.. it’s been a year and a half… worst thing ever… glad it got discontinued so nobody else has to experience this…

Amazing products, both in quality and functionality, and even better after sales support, which is the most important part for me! Even though the office chair I bought (Athena Pro Gaming Chair) was a little expensive comparing with other known brands, the quality and use of the product, made every euro paid, totally worth it! I recomend it to everyone!!
