Blacklyte Avaliações

Had a small issue with the arm rest being loose internally inside the seat bottom. I honestly expected this to be some long drawn out process to get a resolution taking days or weeks. To my shock and surprise a few pics and a video and customer service provided a solution in 3 hours or so. Quickest warranty process I have been a part of in my 42yrs on earth.

Great product and great service. I did have a delay on the shipping but was ofered a gift in exchange for the inconvenience... witch is delayed as well, but hey it was free.
In short, I think it was a great purchase, but if you are going to buy there, look at the estimated shipping time, as there are products that are not inmediately in stock.

The package arrived on time. Set up was easy!
The table rises nicely with no loud sound and rises high enough for me to stand and work from. Very sturdy and strong as advertised.

I had a great experience with Blacklyte. Even though the delivery took much longer than originally expected, the customer support was always friendly, professional, and transparent. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all of my questions quickly.

What impressed me the most was their customer service. Even though I placed my order before the promotional period, they still sent me the free gift after I contacted them. That was a very generous gesture and showed that they truly care about their customers.

The chair itself is excellent. The build quality is outstanding, it's very comfortable, and it feels premium in every aspect. It was definitely worth the wait.

I have also tried Secretlab chairs, and in my personal opinion, the Blacklyte chair offers better comfort and quality while also being more affordable. For me, it provides better overall value for the money.

Overall, I highly recommend Blacklyte to anyone looking for a high-quality gaming chair. Great product, outstanding customer service, and a company that genuinely values its customers.

I love black light, great chair. Great service and soon enough I'll get some more stuff from you guys. You guys are pretty dope!

The selection and ordering process was simple and straightforward with available chairs and options for each chair listed so that there was no question about what was being ordered.

Assembly was so easy it almost didn't require the instructions.

The chair is everything you'd expect from a gaming chair. Adjustable, comfortable and it looks amazing.

Kudos to Blacklyte for a great chair.

My Fiance ordered me a Blacklyte RLCS edition Athena Pro for our anniversary this year, it arrived in absolutely flawless cosmetic condition, and assembly is very easy and straight forward. However, I did have a small issue- my height mechanism didn’t work right out of the box. The mechanism that operates the button on the hydraulic piston is extremely loose and can’t apply enough pressure to the button on the hydraulic piston to release it. No problem, I reached out to Blacklyte about an hour before I’m writing this review, roughly 11:30am on a Sunday morning. It was a very pleasant surprise when I got a response at 11:44am precisely already trying to help me troubleshoot and get my issues fixed. A couple emails and a video of the issue I was having and less than 30 minutes later I have the part on the way to fix it. Product quality is top notch, and so is customer support.

Ordered blacklyte athena pro Fnatic edition.. really good quality fabric very comfy and alot of adjustment. So far the chair has been great the first two weeks looking forward to many more gaming sessions in comfort

Amazing chair, really love it so far!

The purchasing experience was extremely quick and easy and was never second guessing my purchase. The delivery was incredibly prompt and never had to chase to see where my delivery was or that it had gone over the delivery time frame.

When assembling the chair it was made 10x easier the way everything was packaged and definitely being generous with how long it takes to build as it was it was assembled quicker that being taken out the box… so easy.

As for the comfort, it’s unmatched I’ve had several gaming chairs previously from different companies and nothing can compare to Blacklyte for their comfort and affordability in the market.

Really good and comfy, however delivery was a bit delayed, other than that perfect

Probably the best gaming chair I have owned the only thing that let it down was the delivery and lack of information

I wrote to them after 2 weeks because I hadn’t received any updates about my delivery. They claimed that my address was over 40 characters long and that their system couldn't process it. In reality, my address is only 15 characters long (lol). However, they assured me they had the correct info and would ship it that same week.

Another 2 weeks passed, so I wrote to them again to ask for the tracking number. They sent it over, but when I checked it, I realized the shipping label had just been created that very same day, and the package hadn't even been handed over to the courier yet.

UPDATE: I get the chair after a month and writing them 3 times about my delivery ...

Buying was real easy from Blacklyte. They have lots of options to choose from with accessories if you want them. The seat bottom is pretty firm, as is the back. You may experience some pain in your legs, lower back, and your ass. After a month or so of use, the pain has gone away. I guess I got use to it. The adjustments are a nice touch too. Swivel arm rest in every direction is awesome. As well as the recline.

Man, this chair feels amazing when gaming for long periods.helps relieve pressure on my back due to back pain. I honestly recommend this chair it's worth every penny. The only thing that sucks is waiting for the chair to ship I had to wait a full month to receive it

I was looking for a new gaming chair for a few years now, But never quite found one I really wanted to invest in until i saw one from Blacklyte! the quality is superb , feels very premium and durable thank you! I got the Athena over the pro no regrets! 5 STAR!

Tried contacting customer support to return my purchase and suddenly no one is to be found???

Garbage company. Won’t be buying from them ever again and recommend everyone look at secretlabs or other options.

I bought a Kraken Pro gaming chair and have loved it. I needed a replacement part and reached out to support. Their service was excellent. They were also very quick to respond and provide clear instructions on what was needed from me throughout the process. Thanks!
