Blacklyte Avaliações

Order my desk on the 7th of June with a ship time of 2 days... today I finally had enough of dealing with customer support giving me random excuses. If you can't run a business get out. I reported them to bbb and my credit card as a fraud cause I never received product.. what an absolutely terrible company... I was reading another post just now and it looks like they can't run a business and just say sorry when they are just not sorry at all.

The chair is high quality and sits very nice, there was a small defect but they send me a replacement part to fix it.

Product arrived on time and with easy-to-follow instructions for assembly and use. The desk is incredible strong and stable and just what I wanted. I looked at others, but they were no were near the quality of this one. The chair is comfortable and looks great in my office. I highly recommend Blacklyte.

Chair is amazing, easy and simple to build. Great ergonomics well worth the price, well done stitching and quality. Customer service was quick to respond, helpful and clear.

I bought the Athena Pro chair after researching many gaming chairs. I am not a gamer, but I have had a chair I dislike for the last 5 years which got me through undergrad, but I didn't want to have it for my next 5 years at all. The Athena Pro has adjustable lumbar and a magnetic pillow, which drew me to it. It is of high build quality. I like the reclining aspect of the chair, the handle is very nice. I think the things that could be improved are perhaps the material choice for the seat, as it is not that great in the heat, the awkward height adjustment handles under the seat, the strangely sharp angles of the wheelbase, and the fact that the magnetized pillow is too high for shorter torsoed people.

Chair is ok, average at best. Bottom cushion could use some serious work. Overall, I won't throw this chair out in a year. Maybe two, depending on how it holds up.

It is uncomfortable, and the lumbar support falls short compared to competitors; the seat dimensions are misleading—the seat is catastrophically short! If you return it, you’ll be charged $200, as the return costs are your responsibility. I strongly advise against buying it—it is definitely not worth the money.

Klare Kaufempfehlung! 👍

Amazing customer service. I ran into an issue with a special edition chair and they promptly resolved my problem. would use again

The unboxing experience was exceptional. Very heavy chair but that isn't bad. Very comfortable fabric. Delivery was prompt. Great communication with support. The card with warranty and the tools to build are a nice touch too.

had a tiny defect with my chair and got to KEEP IT and get a new one for completely free. couldn't recommend them more honestly. big up my guy Christian in the support team.

Purchased the Blacklyte Athena Pro and honestly, this chair is awesome. I’ve always just bought the cheaper ones from Officeworks or PC stores, but this is miles above those. Do yourself a favour and spend the extra on a decent chair – the Athena Pro definitely fits that bill. Very happy with the purchase.

As a first time buyer I can honestly say I was not only extremely impressed with this chair but also the packaging it came in. You certainly feel like you’re getting a premium product. The chair was sturdy and so comfy. My back really does benefit from the lumbar support. The 4D armrests were a boon. Less money for the same quality as other brand chairs. You can’t go wrong!

Purchased the Athena Pro as an office chair. Easy to assemble and really happy with the quality and experience so far.

Bought the Kraken Pro, Great chair, very comfortable, clearly well made and very heavy.

Only disappointing factor I had was the dispatch time was too long which blacklyte did apologise for.

Bought the Kraken Pro. Couldn't be happier. Customer support is top-notch. Carrier lost 1st my chair. Customer support solved the issue within days. They lumbar on the Kraken Pro is amazing gamed on it a couple of hours no back pain whatsoever. Highly recommend this chair.

Got it delivered within 3 days of ordering.
Box arrived partially scuffed but all parts were packaged well and survived the drive.

Chair feels great. Has an adjustable 4-way lumbar support which provides significantly better lower back support than a separate lumbar cushion.

I highly recommend the Athena pro. First gaming chair I bought but I did extensive research before deciding on this on. I was not disappointed. The build quality, looks, and comfort exceeded my expectations. I'm a bigger guy with back problems but I can confidently recommend this chair after a couple long gaming nights.

Comfortable, can sit for prolonged periods during gaming and work. Great lumbar support.

I love the chair, comfy and has tilt lock, which was my major prerequisite. I got the digital camo as it looks good and it won't be obvious is I spill my drink on it. The castors glide nicely on a hard floor. Can't fault it so far.
