The quality is excellent, the designs are spectacular, sizing is consistent, any questions - the live chat is super helpful and on the rare occasions there may be issues after the fact, the refund process is so easy and the customer service is excellent! And now there’s a loyalty scheme - amazing!!!

Blackmilk have the best clothes and customer service. If the item of clothing does not match expectations, they work with the customer to sort the issue. I have bought many items from them and will continue to do so.

Unlike other online sellers, they went out of their way to contact me when something went wrong with my order, instead of me having to figure out what's going on by myself to then contact them and wait for a reply... truly, the best customer service I'e ever encountered!

Cute designs but godawful quality. Fabric is the thinnest, nastiest polyester and the print quality is low. Feels like your typical scam product but with a huge price tag. Ive bought better quality stuff from places like shein. Do better.

I’ve been buying from BlackMilk for years at this point, and honestly one of the things that keeps me coming back (besides the gorgeous clothes 😍) is how genuinely human their customer service feels.

Most recently, I had an issue with a dress arriving with what looked like a fabric defect. As an international customer, I was honestly stressed thinking about shipping, customs fees and the possibility of a complicated resolution process.

Instead, BM replied incredibly quickly, were kind and reassuring throughout the entire interaction, and genuinely made me feel listened to instead of dismissed. They walked me through troubleshooting options patiently and professionally, and thanks to their advice, I was actually able to fully fix the issue and keep the dress 🤗

That whole experience reminded me why I’ve stayed loyal to the brand for so long. Yes, the clothes are beautiful and unique, but good customer service is what turns a stressful situation into a positive memory.🥹

And beyond customer service: BlackMilk really does make some of the most expressive, artistic and emotionally fun clothing I own. Whether I’m dressed like a forest witch or a cosmic space jellyfish, their pieces consistently make me feel more like myself 🖤

Blackmilk the products are probably the best geek merchandise clothing brand I know. Some items are easily integrated into cosplay or just perfect for going OTT for a DND game. Robe of Eyes straight out of the Faerun campaign setting, doubles as a sweet cool rave cloak, straps across the front to get some air in there and show a bit of chest/breasts, without it constantly opening up so they have to hold it close brilliant!!! Hands up in the air also happens to bing people together, I happened to wear mine to a burner rave and friends/strangers alike attracted by the eyes glowing under uv, linger to give the code a good rub a because it’s made out of sweet velvet.

Start on the leggings I also Awesome for a burner raves, at my first Burn I went and pillaged the secondhand market. Cyberpunk night at the next burn found leggings, for that holographic snake skin leggings 80s glam rock infused get up, excellent! leggings for that Draconic Spellslinger game of thrones leggings DRACARYS! No boardies for my yoga any more only blackmilk leggings.

My favourite t-shirt, Is “The roll a dice”Shirt like that Dungeons & Dragons collaboration. like a big neon pink dragon on front and on the back it was like a metal band tour T-shirt, with a five campaign setting sites and locations as concert locations that’s attention for detail. That’s a products made by four geeks like to be hot geeks.

great staff always very helpful. As a tall very masculine body person it’s not always easy to work out whether you are fit into a women’s aizedy product. Some of the items. Staff was really hopeful by email to answer questions and helpful facilitating sending back when a sized didnt work out (expect on sale items, but there’s the second hand market for all the limited editions). Most recently I had a query about the Sharkie Arcade rewards club. I sent a query and had a replay within 11 minutes.

I hope they get ahead of the curve before Dungeon Crawler Carl book series blows up with the upcoming TV series, RPG, card game and everything else. ;D

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of blackmilk .⁠ I wear at least one piece of their clothing every day. Im rough on my clothes and they go the distance with me.
As someone who worked as a dressmaker for many years, I pay a lot of attention to garment construction, fabric quality, fit, and finishing — and BlackMilk consistently impresses me. The quality of the materials, the way garments are cut, the stitching, the structure and overall durability are genuinely excellent. These pieces are not just visually striking; they are thoughtfully made and built to last.
What makes the brand even more special is the way they design for so many different body types. It’s rare to find a company that combines ethics, quality craftsmanship, inclusivity, originality, and genuinely fantastic customer service all in one place, but BlackMilk manages it effortlessly. A truly special Australian brand that deserves every bit of the love it gets.

Including import taxes we ended up paying north of 400€ for 2 dresses, a t-shirt and what I can best describe as a vest. Even excluding the import tax, the purchase was over 300€. We purchased items from ther Avatar collection because they looked cute on the website but I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the product. Sure, it says it's 100% polyester on the description, but it really is the cheapest of polyester you can get. In person, everything looks extremely cheap and I know it's the type of clothes that will get sweaty and uncomfortable if you wear it during summer (it's supposed to be summer clothing, btw).

The icing in the cake was a dress that was almost 100€ and it's supposed to look fancy. In all product photos they style it with a big necklace in the front. Why? Because the brooch ON THE FRONT of the supposedly fancy dress is a cheap plastic bra clasp 🤦‍♀️

I regret being influenced into buying such poor quality clothes just because I like the franchise. Stay away. I'm pretty sure there are other clothes doing collabs that will give you nicer clothes.

The materials here are Primark level of cheap and ugly, but instead of paying 15€ for a shirt you're paying 60€.

I'll give them 2 stars because the designs are cute (though poorly executed and the shipping was very fast).

I rarely leave reviews, but I'm so disappointed with this purchase I went through the annoyance of creating an account just for this.

As a trans femme who was trepidatious about ordering clothing online, I was extremely surprised with how instantly warm my emailed response was to my sizing questions. Renee was extremely sweet and personable throughout the process and helped me gain confidence figuring out sizing. I just received my skirt and hoodie today and they both fit perfectly. I'm very excited to wear them and will definitely continue to shop at Black Milk given how warm, sweet, and empathic my experience was with Renee.
