As stated on the product page at the time of your purchase, this item is a pre-order. Because this was clearly marked as a future-release item, it has not yet shipped.
The automated emails you received—both the basket reminder and the post-delivery survey—are triggered by the date of your transaction. While we understand these may seem premature, they are standard system responses to a completed order that is awaiting its scheduled dispatch date.
Your order is confirmed and will be sent out according to the timeline already provided on the product page. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once the stock is dispatched.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. I ordered an item that showed as in stock and paid right away. After several follow-ups on the delivery, I was only informed a week later that the item wasn’t in stock. They issued a refund, but they didn’t provide any further communication about when or how I would receive it. I still have no clear timeline and no apology for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify the timeline of your order, the period you are referring to included a Bank Holiday weekend, which resulted in four non-working days where processing and banking communications were paused.
While the item appeared as available at the time of your order, we notified you of the stock discrepancy and processed a full refund as soon as the issue was identified. Once a refund is issued on our end, the timeline for the funds appearing in your account is dictated by your banking institution, particularly following a holiday period.
Your refund has been processed in full. We recommend contacting your bank directly if you require a specific date for the funds to clear, normally within 3 working days.

Ordered a Hikmicro Lynx 3.0 Le10 on 30th March from Blackwood, took delivery 1st April.
All packed as if it was a box of eggs, which is aways a sign of care and respect for the customers item, so all first class service.
As for the Thermal itself, super bit of kit when all set up, very clear surroundings, so no hitting bad targets.

I wasn't impressed with receiving a pre opened box and all the pieces lose in the box, product was a bit off putting maybe x display unit certainly made it feel used

To clarify, this item was sold as an 'Open Box' unit, which is why it was listed at a discounted price. These units are typically former display models or returns where the packaging has been opened, so they are not in brand-new retail condition.
We aim to be as transparent as possible so customers can benefit from the lower cost.
