If you don't want to get treated like a trash and get scammed, don't bother using the dry cleaning service of this company, as you will end up losing your clothes and still not getting compensation.

I’ve had a great experience with Joseph, the head tailor in the South Kensington branch. He made alterations to my wedding dress, fits now like a glove. He had great suggestions to enhance the overall fit of the dress. I would 100% recommend.

Joseph is an exceptional and very talented tailor - I used Blanc exclusively for his services and was thrilled with the results. I needed a complicated alteration on my silk wedding dress which involved taking apart the seams and re-ruching both sides of the whole dress. He did this in record time, got it right first time and really cared about making me happy with the result. If you need an alteration to an important item and want a safe pair of hands who knows their stuff, don’t settle for anyone less than Joseph.

I wish I'd read the reviews here with photographic evidence. I'd add mine, but you can't really see a silky finish turned into a fun-fur bobble. I could show photos of the "invisible" repairs of my husband's best suit -- the one he wore for our wedding -- but it makes me too sad. Just stay away.

I had an expensive coat that I needed mending and cleaning. I was very nervous about leaving it but was assured by the lovely Sales Assistant it would be ok.
I collected it last week, and my coat is as good as new. Thank you to Hope who really gave amazing advice and exceptional customer service. I will see you all again.

I am adding the comments from the person who made the valance who I had repair it after it was damaged by Blanc:
‘I have recently altered a valance for a my client, Francesca Hall. It had recently been dry cleaned. It had an unbelievable amount of hard creases all over and had not been pressed in the correct way to maintain the corner pleats. It had also shrunk and I had to add in some more fabric in the pleats to lengthen it, which involved deconstructing the whole piece and then delicately and painstakingly pressing it an all again.’
I sent an item of bed linen to be dry cleaned - provided full instructions on what couldn’t be used - the item was returned in worse condition than it was sent in:
1. The box pleats were ironed through - badly
2. New wrinkles were introduced by ruining it poorly
3. Material look stretched and damaged

I have dropped off 4 men shirts last week ( Thursday) to Lower Sloane Street Chelsea store. I have been informed that the shirts would be delivered to my address ( 300-500 mt) on Tuesday morning. But today in the afternoon, on Monday I have received a mail from them saying that the shirts could be delivered on Thursday due to high volumes. It is a very short notice as my husband has a business trip to Netherlands on Thursday. I believe such a service quality in terms of poor planning ( which is actually a must in dry cleaning sector) and last minute customer communication is not acceptable. Their very user unfriendly mobile app should be a topic of an other review…

Joseph did a wonderful job fitting my wedding dress which i bought at The Mews Bridal.
His eye for detail and passion for making the dress fit perfectly is evident in his work and manner.
My dress was perfect and I cannot thank Joseph enough.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs tailoring work - thank you again!

I had a pair of jeans altered by Joseph and his team. It was not an easy alteration but the team handled it and we’re very friendly throughout. The fit is perfect now, and the service was very quick with great communication the whole way!

Joseph the head tailor at Mews Bridal altered my wedding dress. Everything about it was perfect - magicians work! Every little detail was added in beautifully (shortened length, pinches at shoulders, waist in and details added to hold the trail). Joseph was also so wonderful to work with on what is a very important piece, providing me with great guidance and support. Couldn’t recommend Jospeh more!

Joseph altered my wedding dress for me (taking in the skirt at the waist, amending the length and creating more room under my arms of the top). It now fits beautifully and I am super happy with the outcome. Service great throughout, 100% recommend.

I had a top altered, which was heavily sequined, and they did a great job and in a short amount of time! Joseph was very professional and considerate, and wanted to make sure that every part of the top fit right.

I had a gold lamê dress which is a complicated fabric to work with and it was very long. Joseph did a fantastic job shortening it to the perfect floor length. He was extremely quick as well which was amazing.

This is the worst dry cleaning service in London. Stay away. They can't clean any of the cloths I've submitted, damaged one of them, and claim it isn't their fault. They have a nice website and that is it. Don't be a victim like I have been. At this point, I can't wear my trousers and they just claim it isn't their fault. Do you research online more carefully.
