If you don't want to get treated like a trash and get scammed, don't bother using the dry cleaning service of this company, as you will end up losing your clothes and still not getting compensation.

I would give ZERO STARS. THEY RUINED MY DRESS AND GAVE IT AWAY to avoid dealing with their mistake.
Please AVOID this horrible dry cleaners. They ruined my vintage Escada dress, it came out with multiple holes, they promised to fix it, but instead after months of silence gave it away to charity to avoid having to deal with it. Finally after a year and a half of me chasing, their manager Peter ‘generously’ offered £50 credit, while twisting the situation to make it my fault. Very disappointing, unprofessional and frankly appalling customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.

The best dey cleaners in London I have used. They really look after delicate garments perfectly.
All their staff in Marylebone are so amazing and don't miss a beat and Georgia, in their customer care, reminds me of what great service is as we see every other company not care. Kudos.

Totally unreliable service. Back to back delays.
As a consequence had to repurchase items on holiday that were not returned on time (4 days after drop off). Balanc's excuse being unable to meet demand in August (the quietest month in Chelsea). Have found a new dry cleaner.

Took a bridesmaid dress in to be taken up and when I went to pick up the dress and was being charged £50 when I noticed they had only cut the dress-no hem. When I asked about this and explained I’m not happy to pay £50 they explained I would have to come back tomorrow to speak to the tailor to which I did. The tailor explained the material is not suitable for hemming which I explained would have been fine if they had informed me they could not hem it and was only going to cut the dress, I would not have let them do it and would have picked up the dress and done it myself, but they didn’t. They tried to offer me a 20% discount to which I refused as £40 is still overpriced for a job I didn’t ask for and took next to no time at all to do (and I would have done myself). In the end I had to pay £30 which is still a ridiculous price for something I never asked for in the first place but due to the fact I NEED the dress for a wedding the next day I had to pay it.
In all honesty I feel they done the bare minimum to help me with this problem, attitudes are poor, and they don’t communicate with the clients in regards to changes to the alterations.
If you’re happy with surprise overpriced bills and uncertain alterations then for sure go here. Extremely disappointed and won’t bother ever coming back.

Over charged me beyond outrageous
I gave them 4 shirts they charged the normal price for 3 shirts and the fourth shirt one they charged 22 pounds it’s an ordinary Lenin shirt like the others ..their outrageous explanation was the label of the fourth shirt is Laura piana
And for that they charge such a price .
It’s totally ordinary Lenin shirt .. nothing different from the others except the label ..

It was the first time I use them .. I protested that they you should have warned us before they took the shirt … her answer is that I should know it myself as that’s the way they always charge . I had no choice but to lump it as they would not have given me the shirts … it’s so irritating to feel you have been cheated like that ..

Worst dry cleaning place ever. They promise it’s ready on a Thursday but then it’s delayed & still not ready on the following Monday. Went there to pick up Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday. I still haven’t got my uniform back. It’s still not ready. Why promise Thursday? Extremely slow. Lack of communication. Rude people who work there. Never even answer the phone calls.

Terrible service. I have had linens returned that are stained. Over charged being charged express service on some items that weren't required. I then arranged a specific collection which wasn't carried out. Then the deliver didn't happen - they said they didn't have the correct delivery information but I know they did. I then arranged for myself to collect later on to find that my sheets have taken somewhere else and I cant get to them and as to 515 no-one can help me.
I am not one to normally complain but the service and attitude is disgraceful and merits this review.

Unlike typical dry cleaning, Blanc cleaning is non-toxic. Both my mum and I are very sensitive to the smell of chemical dry cleaning. Garments cleaned with Blanc are fresh and don't have the chemical smell. It's better for the skin and the planet. The customer service is great. I always get fast response via online chat. Today custerom service rep Georgia helped me. She was friendly and effective in getting my issues resolved. Highly recommend Blanc.

I only started using Blanc Notting Hill after my long term neighbourhood dry cleaner closed down and they were now the nearest dry cleaner to my house.
I had them replace a zip on a pair of jeans (that I've had for years and have multiple pairs of), and the minute I put them on the new zip broke open. I took them back, they replaced it again with the same cheap zip, and the exact same thing happened as soon as I put them on. When I then asked for a refund of the £45 I paid, I was refused by the manager because "they don't normally have this issue". Their suggestion was that I should go and purchase a zip at my own expense and bring it to them, on top of what I had already paid for their terrible work.
They also permanently iron on barcodes to your clothes (because apparently the safety pins EVERY other dry cleaner use aren't good enough?) that you then can't remove.
Not only are they over priced and don't provide any kind of personable service, they clearly don't actually care about their customers experience.
They're literally just a fancy website with no substance. I won't be using them again and will be telling my friends to do the same, and will find a more local friendly neighbourhood dry cleaner to support instead.

this laundry is a corporation that takes advantage of customers , offering cleaning top brand Chanel jacket
for a five times higher price. however, the standard of service is not adequate to the price and the clothes are still dirty, the service is very rude and incompetent, I do not recommend using this company

Crystel was absolutely amazing - I had my wedding dress altered with her. Firstly she made the experience feel really special and memorable which meant a lot to me. She was able to understand what I needed and was flexible and understanding to my needs. She is very talented and I would trust her with any of my alterations or fittings in the future. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for exceptional quality.

Joseph altered my Laure de Sagazan wedding dress from the Mews Bridal, and I am so impressed by his work and attention to detail, and appreciative of his consideration for my comfort in the dress. Experience with BLANC was outstanding. Praiseworthy service by Irena (the tailor) and the shop assistant Moona in Marylebone. Have to say, Irena is a perfectionist. Very happy with the alterations. They did more than 20 suits, jackets and coats for me. All was done in due time and even more. Will definitely be back though i have to drive around 2 hours from my home :)
