Fabulous experience with Crystel
I came to Blanc Chelsea following a recommendation from the bridal store I purchased my wedding dress from, and here at Blanc Chelsea I found Crystel, a true master of dress making. I needed alternations to my dress and some additional tweaks to make it exactly as I wanted. What can I say, Crystel turned my dreams into reality and has given me my dream dress! Every detail she has gone to does not go unnoticed. The care and attention she gives to her work is second to none. She is a true artist at what she does. I have had two appointments so far with Crystel and both have been such fun but with high professionalism and I trust Crystel implicitly. Thank you for making my dreams come true. Wedding Dress Alterations - Perfect!
I contacted Blanc to alter my wedding dress and they guided me to the Chelsae branch where Crystel is based. I went in twice, both times were a fun, yet professional experience. Crystel takes good care of you as a customer and made me feel pampered, especially for an occasion like my wedding dress fitting. She knew exactly what I wanted to fix with the dress. She patiently explained to me how the alterations would be made, what the process would look like, and how the dress would fit. The second time I came, she had already done some of the alterations. She did the rest on the spot. Everything was so precise which made me feel she cares about the work as much as I care about my dress. I definitely trust her work and would recommend her especially if you have clothes you care about.

Excellent for Wedding Dress Tailoring
Crystel helped me tailor my high street wedding dress. She was attentive, listened carefully and made expert suggestions. My dress now fits and moves perfectly all thanks to her. I am so grateful to have had a professional fashion designer work on my dress.

Excellent Alterations with Joseph
Joseph made this experience excellent! A highly skilled tailor who altered a pair of silk trousers for me perfectly and so quickly! Every other tailor I called said the tailoring would take 5-7 days but Joseph altered them perfectly and within the same day! I would highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with their policy and how they speak to clients. I went to bring a 100% linen mini dress for dry cleaning with no stains, it just needed a refresh and they quoted me £61, just because it had a Valentino label. If I had cut off the label they wouldn’t have know. They say their whole mission is about care of fabrics but this just felt like taking advantage. They lady that served me was condescending and inappropriate saying you probably paid 3000 for this dress so dry cleaning will be high. It really doesn’t matter how much I paid for it, you offer a service that cares for fabrics not for brands. It’s a 100% linen dress, no embellishments, embroideries, tricky stains so quote me for the care of the material and be kind and understanding towards your customers. Never coming back.

I am sorry to read your review Laura regarding our pricing. We always strive to offer exceptional quality at the right price. For a Valentino dress we would process this by hand and it would be treated separate from all other garments. The hand processing from the cleaning to the pressing to the quality control partly determines the price. We do charge a higher price for some brands but this is based on the care and work that goes into the cleaning. We are sorry to see you go. Thank You - Blanc Customer Care Team.

Joseph is the master of alteration. He altered my wedding dress at Mews Bridal and did a perfect job first time - it now fits like a glove. He was warm, friendly and efficient and I left feeling very well looked after. All in all a lovely wedding dress fitting experience - highly recommend!

Blanc has two great tailors Joseph and Victoria who are very good and helped me out with my dress when i urgently needed it tailored. Joseph did an excellent job and finished my dress in 30 mins as a favour. Thank you!

Exceptional new seamstress/dress maker at Blamc Cheksea
I am a loyal customer at Blanc in Chelsea. Today I was delighted to meet their new seamstress, Crystel, for a ‘suitcase’ of linen alterations. Crystal was patient, honest and innovative as we worked through the wide variety of clothing. I recommend Crystel without hesitation. The entire team at Blanc and their services are exceptional - I never use anyone else.
