This company is the biggest sham I've ever dealt with. Their products are sub par, I requested a cancelation on July 1st, it has still not been done, now their sending it, it will not be accepted, nor paid for....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Customer service, ship times, availability, and false advertisement are all included with this review.

BlazeX M3 Pro

I ordered the BlazeX M3 Pro engraver along with their air purifier around April 13th 2026 same transaction. I received the engraver via FedEx (looked like it was sent from amazon) but not the air purifier. When I initially contacted them, they provided me 2 tracking numbers, 2 different couriers. When i checked both, they had different customer information. They then apologized and stated that the air purifier is in a " pre-order" status, while it is not and i told them so, still insisted it was pre order, but ok.
They said they'll get them in stock end of April, beginning of May. I said ok I will wait. While waiting, the only thing i did was assembling the engraver and enclosure. Before its end of April, I contacted them asked to cancel the air purifier order (it was not shipped), they ignored my request. I kept following up, and nothing. Then I messaged them on Facebook messenger, and one of them answered me, then would read my messages and ignore them.

I went to the company that I got the loan from, contacted them, after 2 attempts, the company resolved the issue in my favor and refunded the amount for the air purifier.

I contacted BlazeX again via email to cancel the a pre-order for their camera, they ignored me. I went ahead to contact them via Facebook messenger to discover that they blocked me and I can no longer contact them. Contacted them via WhatsApp, same deal. I again went ahead and contacted my bank for a chargeback and when I emailed them about the chargeback, they immediately responded saying they canceled the camera order, and hey - good news - the order for the air purifier is in transit. I asked them for confirmation that they canceled the camera order, they did not provide it.i told them to try to intercept the package for the air purifier because they kept ignoring my requests to cancel and I eventually got my money back and if I have happen to receive it, I will not ship it back.

Few days later, I discovered that they suspended my account in their facebook official group and official page until June 30th 2026. I believe they did that to everyone who was telling others to be aware (based on personal experiences) they also deleted all negative posts. And when someone contacted them about the account suspension, the reply was "not us, it's probably a facebook glitch" -like yeah we were born yesterday.

Some of the posts that I saw in their official group about the working engraver area size. In their website, it is described as "vast 14x11 inch working area", while in their manual it is stated the working area is 200x150mm (roughly 8x6 inch) which is a huge difference.

I emailed them to return the engraver as i won't pay $230 for a toy like engraver, because they cut me off from their "24/7" customer service (yeah right), and the discrepancy in the size they advertised vs the true size. I also mentioned the engraver was not used, only assembled, with enclosure protective films removed per the instructions (good the best deal), No response.

I again filed a dispute with the loan company and once I told BlazeX about that, they immediately replied with they need to see pictures, they consider the assembly a sign of use, i will be responsible for return shipping (because i am returning for non-quality issue) also they will apply depreciation/restocking fee (which is not even mentioned in their website at all). To add, they advertise in their website that there is 90 days risk free free returns if customer is not satisfied.

Here is when it gets interesting. I asked them about the 90 days risk free (in which I am still in 90 days period), later on, I kept emailing with the following: "please confirm whether BlazeX is classifying this return as a quality-related issue? If this is indeed the case, my understanding of your policy indicates that BlazeX would be responsible for providing and covering the associated return shipping costs.

Conversely, should BlazeX determine this to be a non-quality return, I kindly request a comprehensive written explanation detailing the rationale behind this classification. This explanation should specifically address the observed discrepancy between the advertised working area and the actual usable engraving area of the product."

They would not give me an answer, only sent me a screenshot of quality vs non-quality returns as a reply. They never answered or provided anything. I sent them a follow up email and they did not respond. Last Monday, I got an email from the loan company that they resolved the dispute in my favor and refunded any amount I have paid.

A word of an advise, seek a different brand. They are awesome in helping customers etc .. but once the customer becomes an "inconvenience" to them, they begin ignoring and blocking them. Which is no respectful and reliable company would do that ever!

Awful delivery timrs

I ordered a BlazeX m3pro which took over 2 weeks to arrive despite saying 2 day delivery. Then ordered the camera on 9th June. It is 5th July and still nothing. Really not impressed and will try work arounds if I want anything else

I ordered the BlazeX M3 Pro 7 days ago and have still received no update, no tracking information, and no reply from the company. The order status only shows “confirmed,” but when I try their tracking tool with my order number and email, it says it cannot find the order at all.

I have also tried emailing them and contacting them multiple times through the WhatsApp helpline, but I have had no response whatsoever. The order was supposed to be delivered by 3rd July, but that date has now passed and I still have no idea where my order is.

At this point, the lack of communication and lack of basic order support is very disappointing. I expected much better service, especially after spending this money and being told a delivery date they have not met.

This is the worst service.

All false promises

Please research all of the internet and join a couple of BlazeX groups before you order. They sell “bundle” packages but only ship the base laser. All of the bundled pieces will be shipped in the next several months. They promise 1-3 day delivery but always claim they’re out of stock or back ordered.

If you file a chargeback with the bank or ask to cancel, the company will print a shipping label right away so that they can tell you “sorry it’s already shipped” but then they won’t actually ship the item for an undetermined amount of time. When you reach out to them to ask where all of the rest of your order is, they will promise to send it “this week”. I filed a chargeback, so then they said…. Nope, we’re not sending you the rest of your order at all until you cancel your chargeback. I asked to cancel 4 times before they even shipped it. They keep having sales EVERY WEEK. But they don’t have the product to fulfill. They’re in another country so they know there’s no recourse.

Please (if you absolutely want this laser) order from Amazon where you have the ability to return actually get it. They also state (in multiple ads) that their engraving working space is 11x14… it is NOT. The engraving space is 8x6 the entire device is 11x14.

The company is 100% false marketing and deception without the stock to fulfill orders and basic legal immunity.

Their return policy is false. If you open the product at all, they will tell you that they are unable to repackage a laser so there’s a $150 restock fee + return shipping. If you do not open it they will tell you that there’s a return shipping fee for a “non-quality related return”. They have the full scam figured out.

Avoid

Ordered weeks ago and then realised they were a bogus company, I emailed them to request they cancel my order 2 HOURS after I ordered. They ignored this message and instead sent the parcel which they say was delivered when I wasn't home ( how can something be delivered when no one is home ) for weeks I have been emailing with no response other than they are refusing to give me my money back. I have had to get my bank involved to try and reclaim the money.

Never received and can’t get my money back

Star. Ordered on June 12 and I’m still waiting for my order. No product, poor communication, and an extremely frustrating experience. I expected much better service. I would not recommend buying from this company until they improve their shipping and customer support

No replies once you buy from them. I ordered three items but still waiting on the camera and it’s been 3 weeks. Haven’t even unboxed my Lazer as I want to set it all up together

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company thinks that the Law and Regulations don’t apply to them.

Blatant breaches of my cancellation rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations!

1. only delivered one of two boxes
2. blamed the delivery company
3. Then it wasn’t the he delivery company it was stock issue
4. I asked to cancel and return the one box I had (THEY IGNORED MY REQUEST)
5. I asked the. not to send the missing box
6. I repeatedly emailed asking to cancel (THEY IGNORED MY REQUESTS)
7. Weeks later they sent the second box (THE BOX I TOLD THEM NOT TO SEND)
8. For 32 days I requested cancellation (THEY IGNORED MY REQUESTS)
9. During the 32 days they used a ton of tactics to delay complying with my request to cancel.
10. I was forced to jump through hoops to get a return address including answering a ton of questions, sending multiple photos, videos etc
11. They completely ignored and disregarded the CONSUMER CONTRACT REGULATION, arrogantly thinking these U.K. Regs don’t apply to them.
12. Email responses from the company are totally inappropriate with the content differing wildly
13. Eventually, after 31 days I was given the return details. But this is not compliant either. They made me give THEIR COMPANY even more money then make me wait another day to be have to request to be sent the label. If the company are not paying the return I should get to choose my own courier.
14. I was made to pay return postage on the second box, that arrived weeks late. The box I TOLD THEM NINE TIMES NOT to send me.
15. On day 32 when I was expecting the POSTAGE label, another delay tactic begging me to keep the product and offering a bribe of an additional product.
16. Another request to be sent the postage label they had made me pay them.

I have been treated like a criminal, not a customer, I have been ignored, threatened and emails that insinuated that I am a liar.

The story continues and I will update as I expect that even when I return I will be waiting months for my refund.

Poor customer service

I purchased the BlazeX in March. I decided to go with a different laser cutting machine. They wouldn’t allow me to send it back in March. I had to wait until May for them to accept it in United States according to them. It has been two weeks since they received the laser cutting machine back and I’m still waiting for them to refund me my money.

M3 engraver

Bought the M3 as a Christmas present for the wife last year to help with our little business which it has, only downside is the delivery time as it did take longer than expected but it arrived just in time.

Appalling customer service – completely ignored after weeks of waiting

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience trying to buy the camera module from BlazeX.
I ordered the module knowing there was an initial backorder on the item, which I was prepared to wait for. However, after waiting for 6 weeks, I decided to cancel the order. I attempted to contact their customer service team both before and after the stated backorder date had passed to request a cancellation.
To date, I have sent 4 separate emails asking to cancel my order, and BlazeX have completely ignored me. Not a single person has bothered to get back to me.
It is absolutely terrible that a company can take your money and then completely freeze you out when you try to get in touch. Waiting for a backorder is one thing, but being completely ghosted by customer service when trying to cancel an order is unacceptable. Be very careful buying from them – if anything goes wrong or you need to cancel, you will be left entirely in the dark. Extremely poor service.

This is my first laser set up was…

This is my first laser set up was pretty easy. Still figuring it how . Customer service has been awesome. When I ask about my shipped and had problems with my order they got back with the next day and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company.

The machine looks nice

The machine looks nice. I haven't had any problems so far. However, there are logistical issues and sometimes it was difficult to contact support. After some time, I managed to get through. Logistical delivery issues in many parts are problematic and sad. Some things need to be fixed. But I have contact information, and if I have a problem with something, I get it. I am waiting for a full check of the machine. the beginnings are promising. I don't feel like I wasted my money and I hope it will continue to be like this. Additionally, I am still waiting for the metal laser to appear so that I can have all the parts. I recommend it for starters. I also hope that whatever is lacking will be fixed quickly.

Little learning curve but great results

I received my BlazeX M3 Pro 10watt laser a while ago. It was packaged great so it arrived in perfect condition. Assembling the cover took a little longer than expected but in the end I got it to work.
I tried using the machine with the app (works well) but ended up downloading the program to my laptop because it has more option.
After several projects on different materials I can comfortably say I like it. It's fast and accurate.
I do suggest watching the provided tutorials to make the learning easier. But once you know what to do it is a great machine.

My interaction with BlazeX demonstrates their commitment to customer service. I tracked my order through the Shop app. The app indicated that my order had been fulfilled. However, it showed the same tracking number for 2 different items that had to be shipped separately. I contacted BlazeX who noticed the discrepancy as well. Blazex put my mind at ease letting me know the actual shipping information for the remainder of my order. They were kind and courteous throughout the interaction. The communication was clear and friendly and the order is being processed exactly as I had hoped for. I look forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with BlazeX.

A Great Entry -Level Machine

Everything I ordered came (in separate deliveries) rather than all at once. Setting up the enclosure was the slowest part of getting the machine ready for use. I have been impressed by the things that I have been able to make, so far, although I have concentrated on 2mm and 3mm ply and simple coasters. I am using Lightburn as that program uses headings and tools with which I am already familiar from other programs. It is a learning curve and it is a good idea to start simple and then, once you gain confidence, move on to more complex projects. It is a great entry-level machine.
