Enjoying this entry level laser

Purchased the m3 pro through their website and received within 3-4 days.
Purchased the roller kit through Amazon as it was cheaper on sale and received same day.
There was a small learning curve as with most devices but I like that this laser works with multiple programs out of the box giving you the ability to use something popular or that you are more familiar with. I find lots have issues when this is their first time using anything like this and arnt sure how to search online for how to videos.
Blazex posts videos on YouTube with how toos as well as recommendations often which definitely helps a lot.

Customer service is spotty but they do help and work with you when online. Its Chinese based so hours are opposite.

Overall im very happy with my device and have already made more than ive paid for it.

Fantastic first laser engraver

I'd been itching to get a laser for several months, but couldn't justify the cost for something I had zero experience with. I purchased the Blazex M3 10w diode laser due to the brilliant price point. I'm very happy with the machine, and like life, every day is a chance to learn... which is great, because I want to try to engrave anything that's lying about. Some things are trial and error, but that's because all materials are different.
I like that I can add on accessories, as and when I need them, but for now, my set up allows me to do what I want. This is a solid and accurate machine. It's an electronic machine which works alongside a software programme, so you do need to invest time to learn... but the results are fantastic! Best thing I've bought since my Cricut vinyl cutter and I must admit I now prefer laser crafting more!

Get my M3 laser a couple of months ago. Not to hard to assemble, (Pictures could be bigger) was up in an hour. Extra laser and rotor unit all came in within a week. Only problem on order was delayed on accessory pack, after a few weeks of waiting, BlazeX sent me a better replacement accessory kit👍 I have gone ahead and pre-ordered the camera, and thinking about getting the air assistant.
Is there a learning curve? Yes but can watch Utube to get info, or join users Facebook page for help.
I would recommend this for someone new to engraving to learn and experiment on without going broke.

I ordered the BlazeX M3 Pro Laser…

I ordered the BlazeX M3 Pro Laser Engraver and Cutter Ultra Set kit on May 21 and received it on May 23. When I inquired on Facebook about my order, I was told I received only the Basic set. I was informed that the other items would ship separately and that the inventory had to be replenished. Like many, I assumed everything was in stock. I finally received all items that came with the set by June 2. Also ordered the camera, but was told it wouldn't possibly be in until mid-June. Customer service does not feel 24/7 as advertised for me; they usually respond within 2 days. The engraver, however, works as I believe it's intended.

I ordered the Blazexlaser from the website over 16 days ago now, and I haven't had any communication except for an email before I purchased the unit. I've tried calling, and emailing, but nothing seems to go through. The phone number is a WhatsApp phone number, but it never goes through. The tracking numbers and tracking app has not been updated in several days either and it has been stuck in Melrose, Ill for 9 days. I honestly wouldn't trust this company. 0 communication.

More Frustration and Disappointment Than Excitement

Ordered the M3 Pro package 1/5/26 as website stated 3-4 day delivery, with the item in stock in their UK warehouse. Started panicking 6/5 as Royal Mail tracking said they were waiting to receive it. BlazeX told me it was despatched and on track for delivery on the 7th (my son's actual birthday and 6 days after the order placed, not '3-4'). It didn't arrive until the 8th. Such a disappointment. But, never mind, because he can get it out the box and start using it. No. The flimsy acrylic cover needs assembling, and is so poorly designed that 3 grown men have tried and failed with the 2 top hinges at the back. The air filter and TF card are missing. Their response was the air filter is out of stock, but we'll be first on the list to get one when in at the end of this month (why wasn't this mentioned when ordering, or when I contacted about the delivery date etc?) And told where the TF card should be. It's not there, I've emailed as such and now getting no response. It's not a plug and play situation at all. The smell is horrendous without an air filter. It's in our spare room, window open, and the whole house stinks. Emails, when you get them, are basically 'we will repeat your issue back to you, tell you we understand how this makes you feel and tell you other customers don't experience this'. Nothing of any substance, or problem solving or in any way trying to make it right. It's been a very expensive disappointment. Also, there are so many adverts, you need to be very careful to check what you are expecting. I believed this came with a camera, as I was getting what I believed to be the top package. The camera is an extra £45 and is on back order for June.

Had a simple question dealt with in the worst way

Had a simple question with a good reason. Does your delivery company deliver on a Saturday? Only info on site is they can deliver in 2 days from a local (uk) warehouse. Customer Service ai ran me in circles until passed me to a human, 4hours later all I had received was a prompt to buy the laser cutter I was enquiring about but no actual person response of crucial info missing. I class this as a sales call, someone trying buy their products, still no reply even though apparently still working. Emailed direct later so not expecting a response by cut off time tomorrow so they have lost a sale.
They also seem to have several websites, all claiming to be original through ai chatbots so alerts started ringing.
What’s the point? Selling customer service as a key point and then failing miserably on basic info losing sales.
Apparently these are rebadged items, so should be a standard format meaning parts should be easy to get hold of. the few videos show it working nicely, but if you have a problem and get ignored, really what is the point of buying from them.

I received my Blaze X laser

I received my Blaze X laser, which was delivered late. when it arrived it was meant to be a plug & play, far from it.
once I put it all together, connected up to my PC, it didn't work as I didn't have the correct adaptor.
I ordered the recommended one from amazon, but that didn't fit.
I decided to ask for a return package, as they have a 90 days return policy, they are saying that they cannot re-package returned machines, therefore the don't have a 90 days returns pledge, the machine has not been used!
