I have purchased blinds at the Everett…
I have purchased blinds at the Everett location in the past . When l had problems with one blind with a liner it was fixed promptly .no hassle!

Installation Instructions
When I picked up the 2 blinds at your store, I was told that the shipping box includes installation instructions. But they were not included. However, I finally managed to install both blinds in about 2.5 hours.

The installation was excellent
The installation was excellent. The installer was punctual and completed the installations with no issues. My only complaint is that it took 15 minutes to install 7 shades/blinds and the cost for the installation was outrageous based on the time that was spent. I wish I had taken the time to see what the process was for hanging the blinds before I paid $350 for 15 minutes of labor.

Installation misrepresentation
When I bought a replacement shade for a shade I had originally bought at Blinds to Go, I was told it had a totally different mounting system and I would need to change the mounts. So I paid $$$ to have it installed. Come to find out it was the same mounting and the installer was in my home for about 2 minutes. I wonder if saying the mounting was different was a way to get more $$$$$ for installation. Very disappointed I paid for the installation. Won't do that again!

Install was fast
Install was fast. Price was okay.
The top down shades have some issue with too much tension but getting in touch with someone is kind of a pain.
They also didn’t include tabs at the bottom to be able to close all the way without touching/ pulling on the fabric. Cheap fix but assumed it’d be included

Really poor quality
I want to start off by thanking the sales team. They were very helpful when I was selecting my shades, got me a rebate on my old shades and caught a measurement error because they cross checked my order with the previous shades I’d purchased at Blinds to Go.
That said, if this had been my first purchase at Blinds to Go I would never have returned. The previous shades were operated by a pull chord and gravity- very efficient and silent. The new shades with the chain are incredibly noisy to raise and lower and the shade over my patio door is super inefficient and requires at least 7 noisy pulls to deploy halfway- I regret this purchase EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THEM. I will never be back. They were super expensive- I would have done much better at Home Depot or Lowes

Did you operate an example of the shade in the showroom when you were there to see how the new mechanism worked? We unfortunately had to do away with the pull strings due to Child Safety Laws but we want you to be happy with your product as well.
