Really easy to use and gave the best deal!

The eyedrops themselves are fine, but I did not like the customer service I received. It was one of the strangest conversations I've ever had with another person. There were multiple times I would ask a question, "What does x mean?", when going through the registration process, and instead of actually explaining anything, my customer service rep would just simply repeat word for word the exact same question they just asked me. Yes, I heard you; I'm not deaf. I'm telling you I don't understand and I'm asking you to explain; not repeat the exact same thing you just said. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information. I've never had such a baffling and frustrating customer service experience almost ever in my life. It was not a language barrier issue either, which made it even more odd. The eyedrops themselves are great, luckily.

My insurance denied the pre authorization until I tried another medication first. I have not had the tryptyr long enough to rate it.

You get what you pay for. Somehow these not smart people had two prescriptions for me for the same medication (Meibo) and instead of filling one, they canceled both. Also, the process of transferring my prescription from my bricks & mortar pharmacy was extremely painful. Free isn't free.

Did not receive my medication, when emailed to understand why I got no response
