Delivery was early and communication was excellent but I’m in rented house and they forced the sofa in the front way, against my advice of walking it round the back. Causing marks in my house. They ignored me. I’m a young girl on my own on delivery. Wasn’t sure why he used my phone, he said it was to confirm delivery and begin guarantee but it looked like he made a call:/

So I ordered a sofa from these guys through Debenhams. Wrong way around I know but after ordering I had a look at them online and came across these reviews. To say I was concerned was an understatement, however I can't fault them at all. Delivery was due tomorrow 13th April but had my sofa delivered this morning. Received confirmation of delivery yesterday and then time towards the end of the day. Delivery was scheduled between 9am-1pm and the young man arrived around 9.30/10am. He was alone but managed fine getting my sofa in causing no damage. He was very polite and efficient. So yes I'm not normally one to leave reviews but felt I should due to all the negativity they seem to be getting on here. All in all love my sofa, Delivery was prompt, and driver was friendly & polite. Would recommend and will be purchasing from them again

The most disgusting company I have ever come across! Delivery driver arrived alone and carried the sofa to the front door however he then proceeded to push the entire sofa through the house and cause multiple major scratches to my brand new flooring. As I ordered through Debenhams I contacted their customer service only to be told Bliss Furniture had told them that I actually refused to have the sofa taken into the house by the deliver driver and instead decided to push the sofa through the house by myself (5ft young girl by the way). I argued this was absolutely not true and even sent Debenhams evidence of the damage yet they decided to believe the crazy statement given to them by Bliss Furniture. Debenhams then tried to offer me a £30 voucher which is an absolute embarrassment! Tried to call Bliss Furniture who declined my calls and then text me telling me to communicate by text yet ignored every single one of my text messages regarding the damage.
I ordered through B&Q - big mistake
I ordered through B&Q as I thought ‘reputable company’ how wrong was I and I should have checked previous reviews first - that was my first mistake, my second mistake was emailing back and forth for A WEEK to this company’s ’verified seller’ contact on B&Q’s website trying to get them to deliver on a Friday or a Monday instead of a weekend, my third mistake was contacting the phone number on bliss’s website only to find a ‘hands off’ company owner who had no idea what was going on with his customer service ‘department’ if they even have one. My last mistake was agreeing to delivery 3 days after my sofa should have already been delivered…
I am heavily pregnant and it’s 4 days before Christmas, will I have a sofa to sit on on Christmas Day? Who knows? To be continued…

Owner gives sarcastic and bombastic responses via wattsapp and I quote ‘ I understand but you can just get a refund if you’re that upset? I dunno how to help you’ and my reply was ‘ Look I’m not been funny but 2 days before Christmas for a delivery that should have been today is disgusting behaviour by a company that is verified on B&Q, if you say something is being delivered on a certain day you need to follow through with it and not piss around saying ‘hands off owner’ when your phone number is plastered on your website, if your gonna have your number on a website be prepared to know what is going on with your customers orders that they have paid you with hard earned money’
B&Q are just as stupid ‘have to wait 48 hours for the seller to approve cancellation and refund’

Seller offered a £30 partial refund 😡 and will not fix the issue only offering to take the whole sofa back leaving myself and my two children with disabilities without a sofa. Please do not buy from bliss furniture. They sell faulty goods and do not expect responsibility for there actions costing families. They will rip you off and not think twice. I am contacting trading standards. As this is discussing.

Wrong colour an to make matters worse I've had none stop messages an calls demanding more money for the sofa an have said i did not pay the full amount. I have had threats towards my children an police are involved. AVOID!!

I am extremely disappointed with SofaBliss. I was told my sofa would arrive on the agreed day, so I stayed home waiting all day. I was first told it would arrive at 8pm, then midnight, then 1am. At one point, I even received a message from the driver saying he could deliver at around 12.15am, which is completely unreasonable. After that, they stopped answering the phone altogether.
I wasted my entire day and night waiting, only to be left without a sofa. To make matters worse, I had already gotten rid of my old sofa in preparation for this delivery, leaving me and my two small children with nothing to sit on.
This has been a terrible experience — poor communication, false promises, and no respect for the customer’s time. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from SofaBliss.

Waiting over 5 months, from July 2024, for wardrobes even after three fails delivery dates.
I contacted another company and had my wardrobes delivered in 2 weeks.
Now no one is replying regarding my refund.
Don't use them.
Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company, send wrong bed and told me it was my fault for not checking it, I wasn’t home for delivery. Basically demanded I keep it and have £30 as a goodwill gesture. No chance. Long story short, I got my bed, plus 2 extra as they don’t have a clue what they are doing. Google says they were dissolved in 2016, trading standards needs to look at these cowboys.

I ordered on 11 Aug and they said delivery would be between 28 Aug and 2 Sep. The emailed again on 27 Aug saying delivery would be 12 Sep but it was not delivered. Then next day after I emailed them said they would refund in 8-12 days but did not receive fund. I contacted my bank who reversed the payment. It's a scam please stay away from them. I believe the website has been shut down now.

I order a wardrobe on August and they emailed me saying that the delivery date is 13th of September and my dad was waiting all day to receive the delivery, but it was never delivered. After reporting this issue, I was told that manufacturing made it delay and the new delivery date is 30th of September, but the process was poorly managed and left me feeling frustrated and neglected as I waited for updates. I was told that they will refund me back in 8-12 working days but again 15 days pad not refund was received into my bank account. Emailed them few times no reply, and they close the website also and I contacted my my bank help me to get refund. Bank were very helpful. If you can’t do a business they don’t come into the sector and refund people hard working money.

I would be surprised if the two positive reviews this "company" have received are authentic. I ordered a wardrobe and after several promises of delivery nothing ever showed up. I communicated with them by email and they were very apologetic and eventually agreed to cancel my order and give me a refund within 8-12 working days. Surprise surprise that time has passed and no refund! Hopefully I will be able to do a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else.

Kept delaying and delaying my delivery, I then asked for a refund and they said they will process it. Weeks and weeks late and still nothing. Also now not replying to email!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Don’t buy from them. They came up as one of the first companies on Google search which is more alarming!! My wardrobe failed to arrive and they completely cut contact with me. Luckily I paid on my credit card and got my money back. Their company number is not working and they insist on using what’s app to communicate. They are completely useless and con artist. I should have checked the rest of the reviews on trust pilot and I would have known not to go near them.

This company is a scam. Like a lot of the messages below- they took my money, no sofa ever arrived and then they didn’t refund me. They have ignored numerous emails and calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
