Good choice of products
Good choice of products. Quality products - I love Kevin Murphy hair products and they are not all that easily available in Canada. Good offers.
The only reason for a 4/5 rating is that the tracking feature fell off the charts.

Thank you for your feedback. We ship from Toronto, and delivery to the west end does take longer than deliveries within Ontario. Our estimated delivery times by region are posted on our website so customers can review them before placing an order.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our shipping options, but unfortunately the transit time once an order is with the carrier is largely outside of our control. We appreciate your order and hope you’re enjoying your products!
Quick deliveries
Not all purchased items have been received in the original shipment. As this is a small company, it took considerable time to communicate the issue. Only live chat is sporadically available. No phone number and no email. However, at the end they did send me the missing item. Good communication when placing orders and tracking shipment.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shipping time.
We did want to provide some context, as you’ve ordered from us previously and both of your prior orders were delivered within approximately 5 business days. We ship from Toronto, and deliveries to Western Canada typically require several business days in transit.
Unfortunately, this particular order coincided with the long weekend. Following the holiday, UPS did not pick up from our facility for the first two business days while they worked through their long weekend backlog. This added additional time beyond the normal transit period and was outside of our control.
We completely understand that the longer wait was frustrating, but this was not representative of the normal delivery times you experienced with your previous Blendbox orders.
Ordered from blndbox twice so far... About to place my 3rd order
Ordered from blndbox twice so far. First order I chose standard shipping and product was delivered as expected. Second order I chose same day shipping within GTA, it came as promised same day! No complaints, prices are much more reasonable than other stores that sell same product lines!

We’re sorry to see this review, as the shipping timeline described here is not accurate. We reviewed the order records and can confirm that the order was placed on September 2nd, shipped the following day on September 3rd, and was delivered on September 8th.
The order was therefore processed and shipped within one business day. The transit period also included the weekend and the September 5th long weekend, when carrier operations are limited.
We take shipping speed seriously and feel it’s important to clarify the actual timeline for anyone reading this review. Your order was shipped promptly and delivered within a reasonable timeframe considering the long weekend.

I ordered a 1 litre bottle of shampoo…
I ordered a 1 litre bottle of shampoo for $80.00 and the wrong shampoo was shipped. I attempted to contact Customer Service 3 times yet there was no response. I now have to dispose of this shampoo or give it away and I will purchase the correct shampoo from another retailer. I will never order from BLNDbox again and advise others to order from other more reputable websites that have proper customer service.

Company did not fill entire order but kept money. They did not tespond to any emails and do not have a customer service phone number over 5 weeks. I had to go through credit card for reimbursement. I will not order through them agaon

We’re sorry to see this review, but we do need to clarify that the description of what occurred is not consistent with our records.
We have thoroughly reviewed this order, including our internal fulfilment records and video footage from our packing system. Based on that review, our records show that the order was packed and fulfilled correctly.
A chargeback was subsequently opened, and we have provided the credit card processor with the relevant documentation and evidence, including information supporting the fulfilment of the order, for their independent review.
We take claims of missing merchandise seriously and investigate them carefully. While we respect every customer’s right to raise a concern or dispute a transaction, we also feel it is important to correct statements publicly when our records and evidence show otherwise.

Unresponsive customer service, wrong product sent
Unresponsive customer service. I received the wrong product in my order. When you order a $350 hair styler, you want the right one! I promptly reached out to the company multiple (many) times, via every form of contact provided on their website. My order was not only never resolved or refunded, I did not receive a response on any attempt to contact customer service. Stuck with an expensive item I never wanted! Thanks BlndBox!
