You sent wrong product. I ordered shampoo and received conditioner. I have sent email with no response.

This company is a complete joke.
I sent an email with the order number through the website and through my personal email asking about the order that I’m supposed to have already in my hands and no response at all from BlenBox. I should have read reviews prior to purchasing, to realize that it’s not a reliable business. If as a company you cannot handle criticism and have a poor customer service when responding to reviews you should not be in business. There is no excuse! Want my money back if no product is going to arrive.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody to purchase from BlenBox if this is the experience in general. As a professional I needed a blow dryer that I ordered from BlenBox, because the claims of quick delivery/shipping sounded convenient for a quick fix for my emergency. Little that I knew I’ll be having to wait for nothing to arrive! The sad part is that I was trying to support a Canadian business.

Shipping was on time but one of the items came damaged and the product was all over the box. Immediately, I sent an email as instructed.

67119 was my order number.

The shipment came late afternoon on June 6, my email was sent early evening on June 6. I was expecting a response on Monday, June 8. Having received no response on Monday I looked for a customer service number. There is no published customer service number so I sent a message through the website without a response.

UPDATE. Use the online chat. Within a few minutes I received an email that a replacement was being shipped to my address.

Great Service, one of the products I ordered didn't work for me and although I couldn't return it I was able to find a resolution that made me happy

I have paid you $179.00 for order 66689. It was damaged by the carrier and I’m still waiting for a response from my emails, a chat system that no one is ever on. If you can’t supply the product return my money to me!!!!!

Product is high quality and ships quickly! I have pin straight hair and nothing I’ve tried has ever helped me hold a curl, but this did! It didn’t leave my hair feeling hard or sticky either.

I have been ordering from Blndbox for several years now without any issues. My last recent order was missing an item. I put in a request to send me the missing item but never heard back. I was charged for the item and I’m still waiting on a response. They indicate all inquiries will be addressed within 24hrs but it’s been over a week. Hopefully this gets through to the CS team.

It had been 1 week and I have still not reviewed my order!! I live in Barrie. It should hardly take 1-3 days from toronto. Very disappointing. I reached out to customer service and no one has responded yet.

Beyond upset with this service, I ordered 2 bundle product and never recieve them no realistic update just a label created that says waiting for inbound shipping i once ordered from a company who did this before, and realised that they just created and label but never shipped the actual item, I am extremely pissed off because they are holding my money hostage. Additionally they never respond to email just these reviews based on just reading the reviews and lack or replying to emails which says on there website will be responded to with in 24 hour not 24 to 48, 24 HOURS it been 72 since the first one. I hate companies that lie especially small business. I no longer trust this business.

The 1st time no problem. The second time, I never received the product nor was it sent. Maybe it has something to do with Canada post but at this point I kind of doubt it
