If I could leave less then 1 star, I would. I sent a basket as a gift and it contained dollar store type-product. No name brands. Mostly Turkey and Poland products. All extremely stale and hard and inedible. Very embarrassing!! After spending over $120 they offered a $25 credit to Bloomex. Ha! More horrible than I can express.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered yesterday. I then get an email overnight saying they need an extra $10 to deliver to that addresss or they can refund me. I contact them via live chat and ask for the refund. i speak to someone who tells me they need to escalate it and can't confirm a refund and to wait for an email.

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered today, but I never received any updates about the delivery. I called multiple times, and the customer service representatives did not apologize or try to make the situation right.
Instead, they kept asking me to call back and forth just to cancel the order and request a refund. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from Bloomex.

Extremely poor customer service. If you ever want to deliver flowers do not use this service! They failed to deliver my flowers and then customer service was very unproffesional and rude.
Christmas Hamper
I ordered a Christmas hamper on 9th December for delivery on the 17th. I was told it had not arrived by the 21st so contacted customer services who said they would check and get back to me. Nobody did, tried several times with same result, eventually asked for refund so I could try elsewhere only to be told that as the order was confirmed I could not cancel or have a refund even though it is not Christmas Eve and no one knows where the hamper is.
Do not recommend these people at all.

I wish I read the reviews before I placed the order. I have used them in Australia plenty of times with no issues.
It is 3 days later and I still do not have the flower delivery I paid for and customer service are not helpful just keep telling me they need to follow it up with a supervisor or their courier company.

THEY ALSO DID NOT GIVE THE CHOCLATE BASKET THAT THAT WAS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE I ORDERED. I PAID EXTRA FOR THE CARD AND THERE WAS NO CARD GIVEN. BLOOMEX IS A SCAM!!!!
Christmas order did not show up.
My order did not show up. I started an order via Phone on Friday, Dec 20, for delivery the following day. I called back to check on the order and they said there was an issue with the address, which there was not - but they corrected it on their end. I never heard from them again....no delivery, no phone call, no email. Their website would not let me log in, saying my username existed...but when i tried to reset my password, it said there was no username existing! And it wouldn't reset my password! I spent the rest of Sunday and Monday trying to contact customer service, and they kept "escalating it" to management. Finally I got through to their voice service and cancelled the order, since the order was not "confirmed" on their end. A disappointed Christmas gift. I will not be using this service again.

Ordered a basket on September 9th to be delivered for September 10th. It was ordered before 4:00 p.m. online and it was stated that it would be delivered the next day before 8:00 p.m. Nothing was delivered on September 10th. Called to inquire and was told I ordered too late on the 9th. Then I was told it was delivered on the 11th, which it wasn't because the property has cameras and a ring doorbell. Phoned on the 12th of September and was told it was being delivered on the 12th before 8:00 p.m. . Customer service tried to lie to me twice. Not impressed with their service as they have no direct contact with the drivers or ability to tell you where your order is. I was told the order would be upgraded because they made a mistake.
Do not order from these people. It obviously says discount flowers and baskets for a reason

I ordered my friend a bouquet of flowers, a chocolate basket, and a card and even paid extra for it to be delivered on Friday and 2wks later I realize it still hasn't been delivered!! Im going through my bank account just now and instead of calling me to let me know they refunded the money, they just refunded it 2 days ago. So unprofessional!! NEVER AGAIN!!

J’ai passé une commande en date du 23 mars 2023 pour être livré le 26 mars pour l’anniversaire de ma mère et clairement spécifié une tranche d’heure soit 11-13h ce qui a été confirmé au moment de la commande, le jour de la livraison a 13h les fleurs n’était toujours pas arrivé, j’ai placé un premier appel et il m’on dit que la commande devait arriver d’ici 17h….17h15 placer un deuxième appel pour me faire dire qu’il ne pouvait pas confirmé l’heure d’arriver…ce n’est pas la première fois que je fait affaire avec Bloomex USA… mais je suis extrêmement déçu du service et de la difficulté d’avoir une réponse claire quand je prends le temps de téléphoner 3 jours à l’avance pour que le toute ce passe bien, ceci sera la dernière fois que je vais faire affaire avec eux… fausse publicité!!!!

I ordered a wine basket for my sisters 50th birthday, with next day delivery as their site indicated same day was not available; next day came and went with no indication my order was delivered; I contacted CS online and by phone who said that the partnered supplier was way more expensive and that my order would be delivered the following Tuesday which was confirmed by 3 different parties; on the weekend I get an email indicate I cancelled my order, which I DID NOT; And just now after I emailed and complained they say they are out of stock. they refunded me but I will not get back my full amount due to exchange rate. This experience and CS was TERRIBLE. They are not even worth 1 star; Bloomex USA did nothing to make things better or offer any credits or my full money back. Be aware this company is not worth it.
Bought a deluxe bouquet and instead got a sad bunch
I bought a deluxe bouquet of flowers from bloomex USA and instead received a wilted sad looking flower bunch (see first pic). On their website they posted picture #2 as what I was buying. I even paid $10 extra for the deluxe bouquet so it was supposed to be even better. Would have done better by buying my own bouquet at a grocery store.
The deluxe bouquet was $10 extra. I can’t imagine what the regular bouquet would have looked like.
I have used other online florists with great success. Stay away from this one. Their response when I reached out to them was as follows:
“As per the description of the purchased product, “Bouquet includes Designers Collection of a beautiful mix of assorted flowers or a single type of flower, like Roses. *Note: Actual bouquet will vary from photo.” That means the online picture is just an example of what it may look like, this is our special offer, where we cannot tell in advance which flowers will be included. This bouquet is arranged upon the florist’s choice and the occasion. We always try to accommodate our customer's instructions, however cannot always guarantee due to high volume and short notice. Therefore we have a substitution policy presented on the website. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy and item description”

I will never, ever use the company again. I specifically requested a delivery date on the Tuesday, never got delivered so I call on the Wednesday and they tell me it is being delivered on Wednesday because their warehouse was closed on Tuesday, then they shouldn't have promised delivery on the Tuesday!!!!! Then I ask to cancel and they say okay I will get a manager to reach out to you, nope, no one reached out to me and then when I call them back they say sorry you can't cancel your order is being delivered tomorrow. Not acceptable. Customer service tries to help, but clearly their hands are tied by management. If you want something to arrive on time, don't use this company!

I would give you 10 stars if I could. It has been the easiest way to order flowers that I have ever come across. The subscription service is wonderful and prevents me from ever forgetting a special occasion. Everyone I have ever sent flowers to from Bloomex has absolutely loved the flowers, saying they lasted for almost two weeks. It is a wonder service.

Worst flower delivery experience of my…
Worst flower delivery experience of my life! I ordered a sympathy bouquet and after they failed to deliver it I hounded them via email and phone for 9 days until they finally delivered it. It was WAY late and they did NOTHING to make up for it. I asked that they at least upgrade the bouquet but what ended up arriving was smaller than the pretty bouquet I ordered online!!! No one ever accepted responsibility. I had to explain myself OVER and OVER each time - brand new customer service rep each time who seemeed clueless that I had even called before. Will never use them again!!!
ELDERLY FATHER'S WISHES NOT FULFILLED
My elderly (86) year old Dad who has not bee well wanted me to send flowers to his daughters for helping him. I arranged to send them on his behalf to my sister in Texas. I ordered them on the Wednesday prior to Mother's Day and there was not issue raised in that process nor was I told there might be. On the morning of delivery I received a notice indicating that they were unable to deliver. Obviously this left me no time on such a busy floral day to reorder elsewhere. Bloomex said in that cancellation that they were sorry for the inconvenience and if you were prepared to wait the 2 days after Mother's Day being the following Monday or Tuesday I could reorder and they would give me a free upgrade. I went that route and quickly regretted it as come the following Monday or Tuesday, no flowers, yet again. I subsequently spent over 4 hours of my time trying to ascertain if they would ever be sent, including telephone and online chat which got me nowhere. Finally after requesting a supervisor contact me I was "promised" they would be sent but they were not. I got another notice on the day of delivery and again cancelled and this time they issued a refund. The problem is with this method of resolving there is no winner. I was strung along with promises it would be rectified a long with the incentive of a bigger better which was never received and to add insult to injury because I am in Canada but paying in US funds I actually lost money on the exchange over the 2 weeks of trying to get this sorted out. In total I lost almost 10$ in the transactions. The customer service and response time was shameful. They really do not give a hoot about their customers. I finally contacted From You Flowers and within 2 days my flowers were delivered. Beautiful and fresh. As expressed by others on here too if you have a date that is important do not trust what this company tells you. They will make promises they have no intention of even keeping. BLOOMEX: NEVER NEVER again......

I have never written a review in my life. My experience was so negative with Bloomex that I am forced to share my negative experience. From the UK I called Bloomex and Ordered 12 varied colour roses for my nieces 18th birthday, for March 16th, delivery in Canada.
I requested agent the roses be tied with red ribbon, roses wrapped in red paper , with baby’s breath. I was assured it will be sent to florist in special instructions., and it wouldn’t be an issue. They will be buds. “A LIE”
Website states : ‘Flowers are made by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facilities’ “Having our own florists making the designs is how we ensure order accuracy.” ‘Due to the high volume of orders processed daily and with direct buying from the growers, our flowers are fresher.’
Product Description SKU: LF11-55 “To allow these beautiful flowers to last much longer, they are delivered fresh, budding and ready to bloom”

The Product description didn’t mention possibility of the roses being different colour as shown in the image.
The Card Spelling Errors . I was on the call for 45 minutes long distance , the agent couldn’t get the spelling correct despite many times repeating the card arrived with mistakes.
I was very excited for my Neice to receive this arrangement on her special day. The roses arrived NOT AS DESCRIBED WHITE ROSES WERE MISSING, BABY PINK WAS REPLACED WITH DARK PINK , THE SMALL GREENERY WAS MISSING , NO ROBBON NO RED PAPER NO BABYS BREATH AS PROMISED. ROSES DEAD , DROOPING , FULLY BLOOMED , BROWNING.
I was embarrassed , to send such cheap quality roses. I have been calling Bloomex since the 16th. The customer service operator answers and stated they will pass to management team to contact me.
Despite me Repeatdly telling them I only want a refund, the birthday gone moment has gone, I don’t want redelivery, or coupon. They aren’t addressing my refund request. It’s like I’m a hostage I must either buy from them again or accept redelivery.
Bloomex replied on the 19th “we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. We noticed a few damaged stems on your bouquet. Please note, that the colour of the ribbon can be substituted in the florist run out of the particular colour. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the misspeling on the card. We appreciate your business with us and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue by offering an in-store credit for future use. Please let us know if we should proceed. Kind regards, Bloomex Team.”
I can’t believe this company saying the bouquet was received with their policy, and they noticed a few damaged stems , despite viewing the photos.
Very cheap company third class customer service , who are risking their reputation for $53.09. Instead of trying to compensate me for the embarrassment offering a refund , they are not calling me or addressing my refund request.
I would very buy from this company agin , customers please beware
