Ordered, after waiting for so long looked at Trustpilot, found out it was a scam
Got a notification today an envelope was delivered, not a fold up pram,
Reported scam to my card company
Disappointing really, price was truly too good, didn’t think it was a scam due to how the website looked but after looking at contact information I could see some errors

Deeply disappointing experience

I ordered from Blu Bebe at the beginning of July, hoping to surprise my daughter with a birthday gift. Nearly two months later, the item still hasn’t arrived. Despite their advertised “one-week delivery,” there’s been zero communication about delays, and the tracking system is completely broken.

I’ve reached out twice with no response. My daughter missed out on her present, and I’m left wondering whether this company even exists beyond its flashy promises. Order #1071 is still MIA.

If you’re considering Blu Bebe, think twice. Reliability and customer care seem to be non-existent.

I was scammed. I never received my item or confirmation of sale etc. Today, I received a package with a single wooden bead from China. I feel so stupid. I only purchased from here because I needed a stroller for my son. I don't have very much money as it is. I can't even get in contact with anyone. I am in tears. I saw the site come up as an advertisement on Facebook.

Ik kreeg een klein houten kraaltje toegezonden. Dit is zeer doordacht. Want door dit prullading toe te zenden, kunnen ze je een Track&Trace nummer geven, waarmee je jouw zogezegde bestelling kunt volgen. Je blijft dus enkele weken zoet, tot je het houten kraaltje hebt ontvangen.
En nu zeggen ze dat het pakje geleverd is.
Dit zijn gewoon oplichters!
