It has a much longer duration of action but crucially it must be taken a full 2-3 hours before sex with a low fat meal, and then is effective for 24 - 48 hours.

I made an order on the 26th September and paid for a next day delivery, my order did not arrive, so I emailed customer services who agreed to re send my order at no additional cost. My original order eventually arrived yesterday, I think the delay was with royal mail.
