I contacted Joe on Sunday and was able to quickly be of service. When at the property he showed his expertise by making it easy for me (someone with no knowledge in this area) to understand how what I was after could be executed. The work itself was fast and executed exactly as I wanted it. If any further work is needed, I'd look to Joe for this as well!

An electrician named Joe came out to check an electrical fault in a light fitting, which was subsequently replaced.

He explained the work at every stage, agreed the fitting with me and then nipped off to get it.

We discussed the wiring of the house and the fuse box. He made some suggestions as to how things could be brought right up to modern specifications whilst at the same time reassuring me that the existing wires and circuits were safe.

He was chatty, polite, tidy and careful to explain things throughout. I find these things, which I don’t understand, very stressful to deal with as I am a mature lady living alone and therefore I am a prime target for being over sold or frightened into action that may not be wholly necessary.

This was my first experience of Bluebell. I shall definitely be using them again.

An engineer called Damian attended a problem we had with our night storage heater. He was friendly, professional and communicated with us throughout about what the problem was and what he would be carrying out to fix the fault. Cleaned up after himself. Would use services again.

Got in touch with Bluebell Group in order to re run/route an existing internet cable outside at the front of my property which had been previously carried out, but poorly, by other builders. Booking made with ease and the work was carried out on time and in an extremely professional manner. The cable has now been clipped into place neatly and painted accordingly. All in all a great service.

My engineer, Damian fitted a ring doorbell for me and was really helpful he showed me how to use the app and made sure I knew how to use it.

I had problems with my underfloor heating. Damien came to help and quickly diagnosed the potential problems. He worked efficiently and installed a new control panel. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend him and the Bluebell team.

I’ve used Bluebell a few times now. The team are always really friendly & responsive. Andy came round to make good cracks in walls, ceilings & to make good damage to another wall. Adrian decommissioned an unused light fitting. Both were conscientious and did a good job. And they both tidied up brilliantly.

Appalling service - AVOID!
I requested help fixing the thermostat control on my shower. Engineer came said it was fixed and I quote "the cartridge was just stuck" and "it is working fine now". We were both happy the thermostatic cartridge was not broken and didn't to be replaced. I was charged £102 (standard 1 hour call out charge) based on the fact the job was complete and he said "I've tested it and it is working fine".
I was downstairs and handed the engineers phone after the work was complete and told to pay the fee without the opportunity to check the work. I wish I had checked the work before paying as when I went to have a shower in the morning it was no different and still not working.
I raised a complaint and requested my money back as the work had not been done as promised. The Director has refused saying I would have to pay a call out charge regardless of if he did anything or not (!). I appreciate a call charge would have been payable if he had come, said the cartridge was broken, and then had to replace it. However, the engineer explicitly said the issue was resolved and had been tested. This was an outright lie.
The Director then said that the cartridge must now be broken (despite his engineer looking at it and saying it was fine less than 24 hours ago). They provided a quote without me requesting it which included the part number I need to replace the cartridge. You will appreciate I don't want to proceed given the lack of trust in the engineer who told me the issue was tested and fixed when it clearly wasn't. Apparently, the fact they provided a part number (after I complained and didn't ask for) is sufficient to justify the £102 fee as I can now go to any plumber and give them this!
Terrible response to the complaint. Very rude when approached in person at their office. AVOID!!

Very happy with their service. Communication was excellent, was updated during the day regarding time of arrival etc. and the engineer was very professional and pleasant

Apart from the technical side everything was handled with the most professional manner and with respect to us and the property. Excellent service.
