I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. One of their drivers this morning, REG: EK24 URW had so much road rage, obviously late for work and getting really angry with me because I was being courteous on the road and sitting back as I could see a lorry getting stuck and it may have had to reverse, and then again as I let a car through as they had right of way. If someone is like this on the road, would you want them in your home? I would not.

Hi Julie, we are very sorry to hear your experience. We have carried out an investigation into incident and reviewed the vehicles dash cam footage which does show the incident you have described.
From reviewing the footage we can see there was a minor "disagreement" as our operative manoeuvred around your stationary vehicle, the interaction seemed to last no more than a second or two and we didn't witness any foul or abusive language from our operative.
We have since spoken with the operative and reminded him of our company driving policy and road etiquette, we don't believe further disciplinary action is required on this occasion.
We do feel your overall 1* review of our company and the suggestion for customers to question letting us in their homes slightly harsh.
Blue Electric are a professional services company and have gathered a positive reputation over the past 12 years, we have over 12 members of staff and rely heavily on our review platforms to upkeep our public image. It would be shame if the entire company and the installation services we provide are impacted by this isolated commute incident.
