Ordered dresses over two weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped. A label was created 3 days ago with zero movement. I made the mistake of ordering dresses for family photos on my vacation. I thought I ordered with plenty of time to receive but I shouldn’t have trusted them.

Dress is nothing like what was pictured online, it's worse than Shein material, totally unflattering.
That's not even the worst part!
No where on their website does it say in order to return an item "after it gets approved" you have to return it to an international address & pay the shipping, they're telling me its $50. The dress is definitely not worth $50.
They are incredibly underhanded; they said if I don't want to be inconvenienced by that shipping charge I can keep the dress and they'll give me partial credit.
I just want to return it and get a refund. They're playing games and it's not right.

Their return policy is deceptive in my opinion as they don't give you the details. When you are looking it up on the site itself. This is the email response I received when requesting an approval to return the dress I bought because it was too small.
Option 1: Keep the dress & get 20% store credit
You can keep the dress completely as-is (it makes a wonderful gift for a friend or family member!), and we will issue you a 20% store credit straight away to use on our site for a different style that might fit you beautifully!

Option 2: Our size exchange offer
Even though we don't have a larger size in this specific dress, if there is another dress on our website that you love, you can keep this current dress completely as-is AND get 50% off a different style in the correct size!
Option 3: Return for a refund
You are more than welcome to return the dress for a refund under our standard 30-day policy. I will happily approve your return and send you our return address. Just so you are fully informed, babes, our return warehouse is located internationally, and shipping back usually costs around $50 out of pocket which we would absolutely hate for you to have to pay!
The sizing is not true to size and the dress was also cheap quality . Would definitely not recommend.

Wore the Kenzie Forest Maxi as a wedding guest and three people asked where it was from. Unique colour and the fabric feels premium. Obsessed.

Shipping was quick but when the dress didn’t fit and I reached out for a return I was made aware it had to go to the “international hub” and I had to pay for shipping. Which would be $50 for a $60 dress. Rip off, it states full refund and mentions nothing about you being the one to pay for shipping’s cost.

Complete scam! Beware of this company. My teenage daughter picked a dress for an important event and ordered an XS. It’s huge, poor quality and doesn’t fit at all. Katherine with customer service now says it will cost us $50 to send internationally for return and she used inappropriate words in her email to my daughter. Their return policy says NOTHING about $50 to return and they list a Wyoming address on their website which implies it’s based in the US. It’s an absolute scam!

I had a great experience with Kayla’s Collectives. I needed a refund on a dress that I bought and customer service was so fast in replying and kind! Honestly the best customer service I have experienced!

I order a large but it didn't fit so I filed an exchange and got it exchange pretty quickly. Everything else I have loved, very well worth buying from here!

Paid $60 for a SHEIN quality Dress. Went to return the item and the company is trying to tell me I have to pay $50 shipping on a $60 dress. This is nowhere mentioned in their return policy. They claim their returns are simple and easy if you ask me, it’s a simple, easy money grab. 100% a scam.

Poor service and terrible quality.
I spent over 200$ buying dresses and when they arrived they were terrible quality, not true to size, looked unflattering on multiple people who tried it on, the dresses were very raunchy and not for the occasions that they were advertised for. If I wanted to wear or see one of these dresses I would have just gone to a strip club. They let me buy a dress that was out of stock, and only contacted me about 10 days after I purchased the dresses that the dress that I order from a deal they had going on, was out of stock and they gave me limited options (all of which looked like doggy doo) and refused to cancel my order after I requested my order be cancelled due to my order still being at the warehouse and not even prepared for shipping. They said I couldn’t get a refund as my items had been “shipped” and I got a notification about 5 hours later that my order had only just left the warehouse. Not only are they unprofessional but they also seem to be drop-shipping. This company is disgraceful and recommended not to be bought from. Don’t even bother with a refund as they only offer store credit, even if your dress is the wrong size, or they sent you the wrong one, which in most cases they do, since they clearly use a AI model. They most likely won’t admit fault to this, so please look at other dress shops 🙏

Never have I bought such a low and poor quality product. Not worth it. Processing a refund will cost you more than the product. Totally worthless!!!!!

Terrible customer service why would I have to send photos to not even get a shipping label back after emailing 3 times for them to tell me it’s 50 dollars to return. The dress looked nothing like the online photo so much so that it makes me laugh to look at. Do not buy from here huge scam!

Dress looks nothing like photo listed. Made it difficult to return and asked for photo proof to determine whether or not it was suitable to be sent back. Unprofessional, ridiculous, waste of my money. Do not buy from here!!!!

Horrible online shipping experience. Took almost month to receive items, shipping was extremely sketchy. Received items and NOTHING like the photos, extremely cheap material. If I wanted a temu/shein dress, I would have ordered off temu or shein.
I was extremely disappointed as this was a dress for a wedding and 2 days before my event needing to scramble for a new dress. I contacted to return and they said it would be out of pocket $50+ to return for me international.
When the shipping label says it was shipping to me from California , same state where I’m located.
Or my other 2 options one being 30% back $18 out Of the $60 I spent or 40% store
Credit. The options all are ridiculous and hoping my bank can dispute this.

I ordered a dress, didn’t like it, and requested a refund. I was asked to send photos to process the return, then was offered store credit instead. After that, I was told it would cost me $50 just to return the dress.

Absolutely insane. I will never order from this company again. Ladies, be careful, this website is definitely a scam.

They recently started to ship to france, I am so happy they did because i love the charlotte dress sm!!

when products arrives they look nothing like images on website. The materials can be compared to shien or temu quality. Poor customer service and all returns are to China. customers pays for returns which can be $50 or more to this address

I would not recommend ordering from this website

I ordered what looked like a cute dress for my daughter’s graduation. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The material is so cheap it’s like a child’s Halloween costume and so poorly made! Not at all as pictured. The dress didn’t fit right and we were afraid it would rip by the zipper. We initiated the return process right away. Each communication took a few days to get a response from them. When i did, it was full of lovey language… them calling me love and babes but no actual help. First they wanted a picture. Then they wanted to offer me a 10% discount on a new item and i get to keep the dress… to avoid expensive return shipping. I said no i wanted a refund. I sent them their return policy. Each time asking for a refund. They kept upping the discount on a new item. Long story short i was not able to return the dress and now have a 100% discount on a new item. This dress will go in the trash and now we get to pick out something new and cross our fingers it isn’t made of Halloween costume material! That whole process from my first email the day the dress arrived to me giving up on a refund and taking a 100% discount took 3 full weeks!
