5 star company. We have 2 cruise 10’8s and they are good boards. I always thoroughly research before making purchase decisions and safe to say I am happy with my choice choosing this company.

Super Service. Hatte eine Reklamation an meinem vier Jahre alten SUP was total kulant und unkompliziert geregelt wurde, indem ich ein neues Board zugesandt bekommen habe. Echt Klasse 😀

Not 1-star, a 0-star for me. What’s annoyed me is people telling me that Bluefin SUP are good customer services that will sort me out but waste of time to be honest.
I ordered and received the new carbon 2025 12’, I send it back for a replacement - there were plenty of stock when I returned mine board then around a week later I noticed on the website said there’s 3 boards left in stock so I emailed them to make sure that I’m going to have my board. They emailed back said they will sort it out quick as possible so the next day they’ve sold out the boards then telling me that it’s out of stock and I’ll be getting a full refund. What doesn’t make sense is I’ve received the board and seen it with my own eyes then I’m going to have my money back? If they knew I’ve returned my board then they should have kept one for return to me but they didn’t put their new customer first.
Now I’m being told that the boards will be back in stock around November. Useless company and services. I’d avoid buying anything from Bluefin SUP.
To anyone that got mine-ish board, hope you enjoy it

I purchased two boards the Cruise 10.8 and Cruise Carbon 10.8. Had them two weeks now and appear to be good boards. Initially was disappointed in that the pump had been damaged in transport and the Cruise Carbon bag straps had a manufacturing defect. The Cruise optional kayak seat had a broken securing clip.
Sent an email to customers service about the faults and issues and after a few email returns replacement pump, bag and clips where sent but they did take two weeks to arrive.
Few days after recieving the Cruise Carbon board I received an email with an offer of a price reduction. I contacted Bluefin and they offered to refund me the difference in price which I feel was very honourable of them to do so.
So far from what I have experience the company do try to help and sort out issues. As for the quality of the boards and materials etc I was expecting little bit better on first impressions but time will tell to see if these boards and accessories will stand the test of time and the 5 year warranty will live up to expectations if needed.

Der Bluefin-Support zählt im Online-Handel für mich zur absoluten Superlative in Sachen Fairness & Service!
Ich hatte mehrmals Kontakt und ich war jedesmal begeistert, wie entspannt & Kunden orientiert mit meinen Anliegen umgegangen wurde:
1. Obwohl ich bereits ein SUP bestellt habe, wurde mir im Nachhinein noch der 5% Rabatt für Erstbestellung erstattet;
2. Meine angemeldete Retoure konnte ich - nach ungeplanter „Intervention“ kleinerer Familienmitglieder - problemlos zurücknehmen.
Die Mailkontakte mit dem Support-Team waren jedesmal super freundlich & auf Augenhöhe.
Abgesehen davon: die Qualität des SUP 12‘ Carbon steht dem Service in keinem Detail nach ;)

Brought the new BlueFin 12ft carbon package. What a beautiful board 😘 it is a lot lighter than the 10.8 carbon which l have and love, but quiet heavy Daughters pinched it. She loves it. I needed to speak with customer service re a small issue sorted in minutes, wonderful service, very helpful and friendly. BlueFin are the best! don't hesitate, get out there ...loving life. x❤️ thank you x❤️

Great customer service.
I had bought my Cruise Carbon SUP from another website, and about 20 days later the price of the paddleboard went on sale. When I contacted them, they quickly refunded me the price difference. I also had another issue with the paddleboard bag, and they resolved that very quickly as well. Their service was truly excellent.

I have bought the new paddle 10.8 from 2025 and the quality is only going down as I have another two from previous years and they are much more durable then the new one. This new model comes with one fin and is much lighter so not durable in water. The middle paddle stick bend in the first day of use. I have contact them and they are replacing it with new one and they believe the issue will not repeat? As I asked for a better one. Sadly I can't return the whole think!

Bluefin have been outstanding from start to finish. The product quality is second to none, and their customer service is genuinely one of the best I’ve experienced.
We had an issue with our board but the Bluefin team were helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted quickly and professionally. It’s great to see a brand that not only makes excellent gear but also truly cares about its customers.
I’m proud to support a local company doing things right, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluefin to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality SUP.

Warnung ⚠️
Bluefin ist eine Betrügerische Firma, ich habe nur Ärger damit und wünschte mir es nie gekauft zu haben. Ich muss einfach davor warnen und beschreibe das ganze Fiasko im Detail wenn ich aus dem Urlaub zurück bin. Ein Horror reiht sich an den nächsten und es hört nicht auf. Teilweise stimmen nicht mal die Angaben von bluefin und es ist billigster China Schrott.

Bei der Lieferung war die Verpackung schon beschädigt, als wäre es schon benutzt gewesen.
Nach einer Testfahrt relativ schnell gemerkt, dass das Board nicht den Erwartungen entsprach.
Beim Versuch es zurückzugeben, wurde ich auf eine Klausel hingewiesen, die so nicht auf der deutschen Webseite zu finden war. Die Retoure wurde abgelehnt, weil das Board einmal aufgeblasen war,
Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe und eine Kulanz des Herstellers ist nicht vorhanden.
Edit: bis heute hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet

Last week, I contacted customer service to replace or let me know how to get a new bottom bladder for my scout kayak which developed slits around the seams making it impossible to use. The kayak is just over a year old. Jake helped for a while. He did not receive my pics the first time but I resent them. Just tell me where to order a new bladder and I will skip dealing with bluefin. I loved my kayak and still want to use it.
It is currently in the closet high and dry during peak season for kayaking in Colorado. Please help me.

Vor einigen Wochen bestellte ich ein SUP-Board. Es wurde schnell geliefert, allerdings fehlte das Kayak-Conversion-Kit, was ich reklamierte. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass das SUP-Board ebenfalls falsch war und zurückgeschickt werden sollte, was am nächsten Tag geschah.
Bluefin wollte das korrekte Board nicht liefern, sondern den Eingang und die Überprüfung der Reklamation abwarten, obwohl das Board nicht einmal benutzt worden war. Mir wurde zugesagt, dass der Fall priorisiert behandelt wird. Der Eingang des falschen Boards wurde seitens Bluefin bestätigt. Tage danach gab es keinen neuen Informationsstand, weshalb ich eine Frist setzte, bis wann das richtige Board versendet werden sollte. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass überprüft wird, ob das Board bereits eingegangen sei, obwohl es zuvor schon bestätigt worden war.
Eine weitere Reaktion blieb aus, die Frist verstrich und somit trat ich vom Kaufvertrag zurück. Eine neue Frist bezüglich der Rückzahlung wurde gesetzt und eine umgehende Rückerstattung wurde mir zugesagt. Diese blieb allerdings aus und die Frist verstrich wieder.
Nachdem alle Versuche, das Problem direkt mit Bluefin zu lösen, scheiterten und dies massiven Aufwand und Ärger bereitete, musste ich schließlich einen Käuferschutzfall bei PayPal eröffnen.
Glücklicherweise wurde dieser schnell zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.
Es ist enttäuschend und ärgerlich, dass eine solch grundlegende Angelegenheit nur über diesen Weg geklärt werden konnte. Der Kundenservice in diesem Fall war inakzeptabel.
