Professional and clear communication
Blue Panda has been professional throughout. I have dealt with Kieron and he has been brilliant, explains things really clearly and is really patient when I have had questions. Chased up my claim from November 2024
Chased up my claim from November 2024, despite sending a number of emails chasing my claim have not received a response or even acknowledgment of email. Reading Blue Panda Finance reply to others reporting same issue they claim they aim to reply in 48hours, been weeks now and still no response so this is clearly not the case. I have sent further email as notice to withdraw my claim, not that I will get a reply!

I submitted a claim in Jan/Feb 2024. I constantly had to request updates on the status of my claim, most of the time to no response. After a year of waiting I finally advised them I no longer wished to use their services.

Contacted blue panda over 2 and a half…
Contacted blue panda over 2 and a half years ago they passed my case to chase Munro both companies are pure cowboys have heard nothing from chase Munro for over a year when I did manage to speak to them before that which I must add was few and far between they just fobbed you of with a load of crap tried contacting blue panda to see if they could shed any light on claim with no luck after numerous emails I gave up pure cowboys both companies now looking to see if I can complain to FCA or ombudsman stay clear of both companies

I started the claiming process in Jan…
I started the claiming process in Jan 24, they seemed very efficient and instilled confidence at first, so much so that I recommended a friend to use them. We are now end of March 2025 and seem to be nowhere any nearer to coming to an end. I called last week and advised that I'd not heard anything, I also stated that the friend I had recommended them too had received paperwork to progress his claim (he applied a couple of months after me). The chap I spoke to was very nice, and quite helpful unlike most of the other advisors I have dealt with, he went via a manager to get authorisation to process paperwork to me to authorise a legal team to take over (??) But stipulated that they were at full capacity. So it seems I might be waiting another year by the looks of it, they say it's a free service, however they get a cut of the pie so why it's taken so long it's beyond me.
If I'd had known it was going to take this long I would have chosen a different company, I feel I'm at the point of no return so just need to hang in there as it were, but I will say, some of the advisors are borderline rude and condescending and constantly fob me off with excuses....I'd really like to know how much longer this is going to take, so whoever replies to these reviews maybe could take a look at my case and give me an update via phonecall and let me know how much longer its going to take....i don't like doing bad reviews, but feel I'm being pushed to do a bad one, this company needs to know they can't treat 'customers' like this.

Ongoing since 2023 with no contact…
None of these review provide positive insight past the initial introduction. The initial intro was clear and quick . Very good contact and then nothing . I put my claims in Oct 2023 and every time I contact I either get nothing back or it’s vague as hell. Apparently two claims were picked up by two seperate solicitors who I also have heard nothing from at all . When I try to contact , they have no record of me . I flagged to Blue panda who haven’t bothered to follow up or contact me back . I have had recommendations for far better companies that this one . Steer clear

Appalling company
Appalling company! Tomorrow 1st March marks a whole year I started my claim. After weeks of getting the required information to them a year on and I don't have a clue what is going on! No updates at all. When I call I get brushed off. I'm starting to wonder if they are a real company or fraudulent & already had the money for themselves??!! avoid at all costs

AVOID - READ
Placed multiple claims for mis-sold vehicle PPI and emissions in January 2024. There has still been no progress with this at all and when requesting updates, to the exact email address that they are telling people in these reviews to contact, it is simply ignored, same with the phone line. My last email was September 2024, of which still sits there without a single reply.
