The sheds are crap . Cheap thin flimsy and missing bits . Waste of money

I bought a shed Quantity
SPA812DDNWMHD BECKWOOD 8x12 APEX NO WINDOW FSC MIX. Got to be the worst shed i have ever bought. I thought I would spend a little more on a shed and get Quality. Nut its not the case floor is not good gaps all around the walls. Door lock and latches not worth using. Not a good experience. I did buy in October but only just paid someone to put it up they couldn't believe how bad it is. I won't buy from them again.

Please do not waste your money!!! These sheds are completely unfit for purpose. My parents decided to upgrade their old shed to a bigger one and we have had nothing but issues with it. The shed leaks like a shive as the felt is so thin and flimsy completely unfit for purpose. The mould inside the shed is terrible and the tools in there have been ruined. I have contacted B and M but they fob you off!!! First of all they said you needed to treat the roof which we did at our own expense but didn't help. Now they say the shed has been put up wrong even though it was put up by a builder friend whom has years of experience. Under the consumer rights act this should be an issue for them to resolve with no cost to ourselves but b and m are happy to take your Money but no aftercare!! We were also told that there sheds are not waterproof, well that's handy for an outdoor structure. This has caused nothing but stress for my elderly parents. Would never buy from them again. I don't normally write alot of reviews but I can honestly say stay away from this company you will regret it.

Opted for the ship lap option which is very poor quality, gaps letting in rain on every panel .....

We decided on purchasing a 20' x 10' Forest Beckwood 25yr guarantee shiplap pressure treated shed. Reading many reviews we decided that this would be a good option to go with. The whole process of purchasing the shed was not an issue, other than having to chase a delivery date, so at this point all good including delivery.
So erecting the shed, we discovered parts were not cut properly so we adapted and as time went on more and more bits were made so badly and despite following the instructions to the T, nothing went right. We are now 3 months along and there is no way that this shed will last past the winter (hoping for mild one). Already the tong and grove is separating or originally separate, these are fixed units built by the company. the shed door has warped and doesn't shut properly and leaks, we had to reinforce the roof as there were knots in the joists became unstable and snapped when putting the roof on. We have now reported and awaiting a response from BM Gardens to see on how they can resolve the problem. Suggestion would not purchase these types of sheds again, not worth £1650.00

Delivery charge was ridiculously expensive - more than the trellis cost. If it wasn’t a present I wouldn’t have bought it. Then the item wasn’t delivered and I was told someone would contact me, but they didn’t, I had to ring them. Don’t know when it’ll be delivered. Not a great experience.

This was a good experience first time using B&M home delivery for a shed , the forest products were really helpful, would recommend these two companies again thanks

All the screws and brackets were missing from the box, which was not packed very well. I paid for someone to put the shed up for me but as the vital.parts were missing they had to leave but I still had to pay them. The company do not open on a Saturday but do on bank holidays. The email on their order confirmation is not correct and did not send my email

Where to start, well, against my better judgement I bought the 4Life 8x6 pent shed unseen. Big mistake. The frame is 28mmx28mm, smaller than most on the market. The cladding is 7mm, thin & flimsy. Most of my panels were warped. The windows are made of the type of plastic you buy slices of ham in at the supermarket! Not at all secure. The floor is not tongue & grooved and had gaps you could drive a bus through. They're put together with a nail gun, as are most, but I don't know who held the operator's guide dog while they worked! Even when fastened together, the shed was not stable, I ended up adding £50 worth of treated timber to make it solid. The door was not wide enough for my lawnmower to go through, the only dimension missing from the plan! Overall, I wish I had upgraded to the t&g version, which is £100 dearer but I'm sure would have been more solid. The best thing about it was the (optional at extra cost) timber base, really good. I would not recommend this shed.

Where to start. Bought a 3x4 shed that cost me £300+ so not exactly cheap. Upgraded to what I thought would be a better quality item. The parts are the cheapest, flimsiest bits of wood I’ve ever seen. Nothing fits and you can see daylight from the inside through so many gaps. Had to ask my brother in law to help put it together, he is a builder with 30 years experience and even he had a job getting this piece of rubbish built in a half decent manner. Absolute rip off and expect it won’t last more than a couple of winters.

This shed is an absolute disaster, the wood has warped and left large gaps in the shed sides.
The knots in the wood have all fallen out leaving loads of holes in the sides and ends.
Those that haven't fallen out have split so you can see daylight through them
Have spent over £100 in lining the inside to make it waterproof.

The fence panels are rubbish. Poor quality, warped, split and with nails hanging out. The saw they used to cut some of the panels must have been blunt too. Go elsewhere.

Ordered the 6x4 summerhouse. Ordering and delivery was fantastic. The summerhouse itself isn't very good, parts didn't fit where they're supposed to so had to go out and buy more parts to finish building it. Really disappointed

Ordered some decking. It said 2-3 week wait. Waited for over 3 weeks and not heard or seen anything from them. Contacted them by email and was informed that it will be with me soon. I then had to ring them to find out that the decking haven't been processed and it will be another 2-3 weeks. Cancelled the order and requested a refund and now got to wait another week for my money to be paid back into my account. Major lack in communication and really bad customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL....AVOID USING THEM

Really disappointed in the garden arch I purchased.
The wood was all twisted and the way it was cut didn't fetch with the top of the arch. Everything was out of shape and it wasn't reinforced well when you screwed in the trellis you went straight into the cross grain so not very secure

Really happy with the Fencing, Really happy with all the products we bought Especially our Pergola the Quality is amazing The Shed was really sturdy and easy to make! The Delivery man Pete D was really polite and helpful we will definitely recommend this company, Customer service was excellent

Website was easy to navigate and range of products excellent with truly competitive pricing. Delivery was ahead of time and really well managed with a most friendly and helpful driver. Only small downside is the quality of build instructions whch were not so easy to follow requiring several telephone calls to clarify - hence only 4 stars.

Good choice of items, easy to place order and payment which was quickly confirmed. Was able to choose delivery date which was very useful.

I had for a few years wanted a shed/workshop man shed type thing where I could get away from the missus but mostly tinker with my motorbikes. So I had a bit xtra cash and bought a 10x15 "shed for life" around £1300, and as promised purchase & delivery was prompt,I had to store it till such time's for winter to subside.spring sprung and I eagerly started to unravel the the plans and layout materials provided, my immediate concern was how thin and flimsy the wood which was the frame module panels which were 1' 1/4 inch square poorest of the poor quality timber/snapped and split at every opportunity - then the wood panels srips on external covering, so thin that I considerd A4 sheets writing paper as a hardier build,I built this too the book, the wind blows through it,there is not 1 side or corner where daylight doesn't shine through the ill fitting slats of overlapping slithers of wood..I can't attach anything on the wall because any screw splits it a hammerd in nail isn't an option,I can't say im looking forward to the winds & brutal Scottish winter, i fear my £1300+shed for life will be lucky to last a full season, gutted in the fact i was gullible enough to buy on line without a touch test, but more so by the way they think this dolls house is acceptable for purpose. I am easy going and tried working with what i was given. M Bell fife Scotland.
