Haven't replied anymore for warranties. I have around 30 pending warranties from Boundless as i am a retailer. I would not recolmend anyone to buy these prodicts anymore.

Thought I'd be able to actually get a good pull off of the cfc lite. Charged as soon as I got it to the max. Tried it, barley hits. Get tiny puffs even off the highest temp setting. Very very disappointed.

We have 3 terp pens and absolutely love them! We recently ordered extra coils. Both orders have been correct and were shipped quickly. Love this company and their products! If you’re questioning whether to order, DO IT. You won’t regret it.

Bam!
The customer service and 3 year warranty is great!. If it's damaged or becomes defective in that 3 year window they will replace it. I'm a happy and loyal customer. The Terp Pen XL is the best vape pen I have ever tried and have found nothing that compares to the quality and taste it provides when it comes to cannabis concentrates.
