Great selection of old and new family games. The new games are always described in detail and also a video of the game being played. Always good quality, great service and delivery.
Prices were good. Delivery came in good time. All items look as I had expected. They are Christmas presents so I haven’t opened or played any of them. Getting cash back into my account for my next... Ver mais

Received immediate help from their customer service on an order that was held up due to one item out of stock. Quick and polite service. I would perhaps like to suggest that if one item is holding up a multi-item order, it might be useful to reach out to the buyer for a potential replacement.

Incorrect delivery. No help provided to correct.
Although the games were delivered quickly, the order was wrong. One of the 3 games which arrived still needs to be changed. Despite messaging the company and attaching a photo of the products with the delivery note, to assist them, I’ve not heard back. The delivery note was correct. The delivery itself wasn’t.
