Highly recommended independent retailer.
I have purchased quite a few games from this site over the years and above the great selection and varied price ranges, the one factor that keeps me coming back is the amazingly fast shipping.
Weekends, Bank Holidays, even Covid, it doesn't seem to matter, I have consistently received my orders all within the usual 2 days.
Can't fault them.
Give them a shot before you try Amazon, or another European retailer, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

No delivery, no tracking code, no response
Ordered Nov 23rd, Shipped Nov 25th (according to emails from boardgamer.ie). It's now been nearly a month since I ordered and nothing has arrived, not even an AnPost tracking number. I've called their phone number multiple times now (straight to voicemail, saying all their lines are busy every time) and have emailed sales @ boardgamer as well. So far, this seems like a scam. I will update this review if things change.

Ignored...
An item I ordered was damaged due to being sent out unprotected in just a plastic bag. It's now been 2 weeks without a response to my email or follow up live chat attempt. Will be avoiding in future, and advising others that ask about the store to do the same.

Zero communication - but solved after
My order was cancelled after a week without any explanation.
Money will come back probably (thanks for Paypal) but they are still not answering to my questions why this happened...
Reply to BoardGamer: Yes I have got an automated email but the reason was not mentioned at all.
And when I put up the question in PM on Facebook I have got a "thumb up" back from you nothing else. Thats why I`ve titled my review "Zero communication".
But at least now I know the answer..
Update: after this conversation they came back to me straight away with a detailed explanation. Two stars upgraded to four.
