Second purchase from Bob’s Watches
My second purchase from Bob’s Watches. Just happened to check inventory offerings after receiving an email from Bob’s Watches entitled “Hundreds Of Pre-Owned Watch Arrivals Just Landed” and saw the watch I’ve been keeping an eye out for since one was bought out from under me at a Rolex retailer in St. Thomas earlier this year. I placed the order on line without having to talk to anyone and the watch arrived in perfect, as-advertised condition within 38 hours of ordering it. The watch was rated excellent and was absolutely flawless with the box and all papers perfectly intact. I have been well pleased with each watch and both purchase experiences from Bob’s Watches.

My first purchase from a non-official Rolex jeweler
This is a big purchase when you are trading in two Rolex watches to upgrade to another Rolex. I had never done business with a non-official Rolex jeweler before. I had a lot of questions and Robinson responded quickly to each one. I would not hesitate to do more business with Bob’s watches. Overall great experience.

Bought a Rolex GMT, watch was as nice, nicer than pictures. No issues, was quick painless transaction. Purchased on late Monday afternoon, watch arrived across country Wednesday morning.

I purchased an Omega Seamaster 2020 on July 18, 2024. I worked with Fernando on pricing and received what I thought was a fair price. I received the watch the next day as promised, however, the watch was dirty at the clasp, which I cleaned. There were a few scratches, minor, but for an excellent rating, the watch could have been buffed better. There were a few other spots as well, but no big deal. I called Fernando the next day to let his know and maybe they need to do a better job with quality checks. Anyway, so far, I am very happy with the watch. It keeps great time and so far no issues that I’m aware of. It is still under warranty for the next year.

Rob Phan is a crook
Rob Phan is a crook they give offers under 50% of value then want over retail for their product hopefully the entire company isn't like Rob Phan. They are selling a watch not even same condition for 14,000 more than the offer and they think we should trust them with my time pieces. Absolute joke.

Just purchased a pre-owned Panerai Submersible. Excellent value, overnight shipping via FedEx. my customer Service Rep Christian was very attentive.
The surprise experience was speaking with the Director of Sales, Eric Holtzman. I had a question about the watch's ownership history and papers. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Panerai Brand, in addition to the watch I was looking to buy.
He was a consummate professional on the phone. He knows how to treat customers and make them feel valued (as I did). Eric is a rare find in this impersonal transaction-oriented economy we live in today. My experience with Bob's Watch's far exceeded my expectations.

I ordered my second submariner from…
I ordered my second submariner from Bob’s last week. I placed the order in the afternoon and I had it on my wrist at noon the next day. You can’t ask for more than that. Plus I did it all on line and never had to talk to anyone. Love both of the watches. Great job. I plan on ordering another one in a few weeks.

The watch arrived in perfect condition. But most impressive was that it arrived within 20 hours of ordering it.

Purchased a pre-owned 2020 Rolex “Pepsi”
I traded in a Breitling Bentley for what I thought was a fair price from Bob’s Watches appraisers, for a Rolex “Pepsi”. I dealt mostly with Christian who was very helpful keeping me informed of the progress on the appraisal and then helping me choose the right “Pepsi”. I finalized the sale on a Thursday. Christian was off that day but, without missing a beat, Eric step in and made sure everything ran smoothly. The “Pepsi” was delivered the next day via FedEx and it’s beautiful. In near perfect condition for a pre-owned watch from 2020! Thanks for the great service Christian and Eric!

To give you an idea of our process, our team of in-house Rolex experts promptly inspects all watches upon arrival, immediately after which the customer is contacted with a tentative offer. If the customer agrees to the amount, funding is processed the same day by cash, wire, or check. We hope you have heard from us with a tentative offer by now, but if not, we would love to speak with you at your earliest convenience.
Nothing like a refined and elegant experience.
We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. The salesperson who assisted us had minimal knowledge about the Rolex we purchased or other models we inquired about. In addition, they lacked professional training and didn't present themselves in a professional manner (wrinkled shirt, tennis shoes). Moreover, their lack of punctuality was quite noticeable.
Furthermore, another customer with a scheduled appointment was left waiting for over 25 minutes before they eventually left. Witnessing this lack of consideration for other patrons' time was disappointing.
We're currently in the market for another Rolex, and I'm willing to pay an increased price to buy from another source.
