great villa, with all the amenities and located in a quiet and safe area. we had a very great experience as a family.

I waited over 20 years for this trip. Twenty years of dreaming, hoping, and begging my husband—who once promised me Aruba when we were dating—to finally face his fear of flying and make good on that promise. He did. We booked airfare, reserved our stay through Bocobay for June 2025, and I was finally going to see the island I’d longed for.

Then tragedy struck. My father-in-law died unexpectedly just days before our departure. We were devastated, scrambling to make funeral arrangements, and I reached out to Bocobay immediately. I submitted the death certificate, explained the situation, and hoped—naively—that they’d show even a shred of human decency.

Instead, I was met with a robotic, soulless response “We manage homes on behalf of private homeowners and are contractually obliged to adhere to the cancellation policy they selected when signing up with us. This means that if we were to refund trips that are no longer eligible for free cancellation, we would still owe the reservation funds to the property owner.

For this reason we always recommend that guests purchase a travel insurance policy, which would cover the cost of cancellation in such cases. We are always happy to help with providing any documentation needed in support of such claims”. A generic statement with no empathy, no flexibility, no offer to reschedule, no standby week, no option to transfer the stay to another couple. Just a cold, heartless “NO.”

This wasn’t a last-minute whim or a careless cancellation. It was a death in the family. And Bocobay couldn’t be bothered to care. Their policies are rigid, their customer service is hollow, and their compassion is nonexistent.

If you value your money, your time, and your dignity, STAY AWAY. Bocobay Rental Properties is not a place that honors its guests—it exploits them. I lost thousands of dollars and a lifelong dream because this resort couldn’t be bothered to treat me like a human being.

Let this be a warning: they will take your money, and if life throws you a curveball, they’ll slam the door in your face.

The house was better than pictured. 5 minutes to the beach! Absolutely loved our stay and would stay again!!

Great place to stay for a family of 4-5. 5 min walk to Palm beach, and 5 min drive to Boca Carolina beach. Great pool with common area to relax during hot hours. The place is very contemporary with three floors, three bedrooms, and two full bath, and two half-bathes. Highly recommend!

The listing was as advertised. The host over-communicated so I was prepared and informed. They answered all of my questions. The listing was reasonably priced

This place is truly magical and BETTER than the photos. The home and landscaping are meticulously maintained. There were a multitude of birds, little lizards, and geckos that chirped in the afternoons while we relaxed by the pool or in hammocks. The place was a short walk to the beach and short drive to main attractions. The hosts were very quick to respond and provide needed items. The grounds, house, and separate pool house are so spacious that our group was able to spread out and come together naturally. What a perfect vacation!

My family and I had a great experience from the second we set foot in this beautiful ranch. It was peaceful and private located on top of a hill overlooking the valley .
The landscape was so colorful and beautiful!
We loved swimming in the pool and had access to an outdoor shower and bathroom.
We were very pleased with the cleanliness and it was well equipped with everything we needed. It was away from the strip by 11 minutes. I’m glad we didn’t stay on the strip since it was so hectic. There’s way more to this ranch that I could keep going.
I would definitely come visit again.
The one thing that we had an issue with was the dryers. They did not dry well other than that everything was perfect!

This Is My 2nd time Booking through Bocobay, two different units and they were both super clean and exactly like the images posted. The representatives were kind and made sure my family and I didn’t need anything during our stay. They were fully equipped for guest to enjoy the pool with provided floaters and water seats . They had beach chairs and coolers as well for a beach day. I would definitely use this company again for the 3rd or MORE time :)

Our stay at Bocazul 5 in Blue Bay, Curaçao, was simply paradise! We enjoyed not only the amazing nearby beaches but also every moment spent in this beautiful home. The Bocobay team was extremely attentive and helpful, ensuring everything was perfect for us. Thank you for such a memorable experience in Curaçao!

Las Islas Condos - Amazing location! Everything is very walkable, we didn't have any rental car and we only had to get a cab when going into other towns, which honestly you get everything you need near Palm Beach anyway.
The hosts are extremely attentive and flexible, easy to communicate with, and helpful with anything we could've asked for. The amenities were really great to have, full kitchen to be able to cook when needed, a coffee maker, pretty much any appliance you may need. Plenty of mini markets nearby within walking distance to be able to purchase whatever you need.
Tons and tons of restaurants nearby, close walk to the beach, generally just an unbeatable spot. The unit itself was very spacious as well and has 3 full bathrooms available so you never have to worry about splitting bathroom or shower time when traveling with a group/family. The hosts were really friendly and provided great recommendations.
Check in and check out process was super easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The comunicación with the host was easy, fluent and fast. All the time they tried to help us, sensible useful information of the island. The apartment is so beautiful. Spacious, full of natural light and close to some of the beaches for snorkeling.

The unit was a perfect size for our family of 4. Great decor and very comfortable. The patio out front was great for morning breakfast and evening sunsets. The location across from the beach and the pool were superb. We will be back and with friends!

Bocobay managed the AirBnb we stayed at and thier service was fantastic. I am a Short term rental home host as well and they were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay in one of their properties again. THANKS

First and foremost the Airbnb was amazing. The Airbnb was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and the outside deck was amazing. The communication was on point. When I called them, they were there in less than 10mins. I definitely will be back.

The host was amazing. This condo in Aruba was absolutely stunning. I loved the pool and hot tub area. It definitely gave you a luxury experience without the busy traffic of a resort. This property was very peaceful and quiet, which I appreciated after having long days of exploring the island. I didn't understand how to use the access code, but a quick call to their support team and they helped me immediately. I loved that it's gated as that made me feel very safe as a solo traveler. I loved how nice the condo was. The host went above and beyond to provide everything | needed for a perfect stay.
Beach lounge chairs, coolers, washer/dryer with laundry detergent included, all the bells and whistles. They replaced my towels when In requested them all. This will definitely be my go to rental property during my visits to Aruba. l'd absolutely recommend this place! It's gorgeous and the price is super reasonable! It's also only a 4 minute taxi to Palm beach. The location is perfect!

First time visiting Aruba and it was absolutely amazing!

Our stay at Noord Aruba was incredible. It’s truly one happy island! The hosts Bocobay were fantastic; very responsive, attentive, and made sure we had everything. They even welcomed us the day after our arrival with a beautiful charcuterie board, which was such a thoughtful touch!

They checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well, and we truly appreciated the care and hospitality. The house itself was more beautiful in person; it was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our group.

We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aruba and highly recommend this home to any of our family and friends. Thank you so much for hosting us!
