Rented a wonderful apartment from Bocobay on Aruba. Quick, flexible and polite service, recommended!

Our stay at this unit exceeded our expectations. The unit was clean upon arrival. The added beach supplies was a plus. Everything was in close proximity and we enjoyed ourselves. We will stay again.

Responsive staff and flexible with check-in.

This was my third time in Aruba and this condo was by far the best! The location on Eagle beach was fantastic and the unit was just like in the pictures. It was so well decorated, with all of the modern conveniences, including automated mood lights, automated window shades, and an extremely well equipped kitchen, and laundry room! The facility itself was also very nice with a cute swimming pool, a nice gym and a great common space on the fourth floor with a great view of the ocean and the sunset. We spent several nights up there, enjoying the view and playing cards! Although it was a bit pricey considering the minimal view of the ocean from the 2nd floor, it was very well worth it, and I would highly recommend it!

The staff were very friendly and professional. They answered the hundreds of questions I had regarding the island, food to try, activities to do, etc. They were all kind and would answer the questions no longer than 10 minutes. I highly recommend staying at this resort if you want to have the best possible experience in the great island of Aruba.

Truly enjoyed my time here and loved all of the amenities. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

The property was clean and well maintained. Any issues we had were addressed quickly. It is minutes away from anything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great experience with Bocobay! They are amazing with communication…they sent messages with all the information we needed and were so fast to respond to any questions. They had great suggestions on things to do in the area and made sure that the home we rented was perfect. I will definitely go through Bocabay the next time we visit Aruba.

I booked one of their properties in Curacao through VRBO. Refund Policy was 100% cancelled within 48 hours and 50% if cancelled before 30 days. This was the policy they had on VRBO and what i read and agreed to.

I did the deposit of about $1,683 including fees. 50% was supposed to be refunded minus fees if cancelled before June 3, 2025. I cancelled on May 26, 2025, and they would not honor the refund policy. VRBO agreed with the policy and reached out to them several times. So now I'm out $1400+ (deposit minus fees) with nothing to show for it.
I even asked if we could get a partial credit, instead of refund, to stay with them in the future and they said NO.

The property was exactly what the images showed. The host was very great and their communication was top notch! They always checked in to help make our stay better than it already was. The property was in a great location, only 5 min drive from most famous beaches and activities. Would definitely be staying here again in the future, amazing service!

Bocobay is a great place to stay in Aruba! Very accommodating, replies quick, friendly, and easy to get in touch with. I had a group of 10 guest and everyone slept comfortably. They had great recommendations for the island and we were even able to book a private chef. Highly recommend and would love to book with them again.

when they say luxury experience, they meant it!!!! everything that I could possibly ask for was at my fingertips and was to me within a few hours of my stay on top of the villa that we stayed in was absolutely breathtaking. down to the pool house and the maintenance of the pool, even though that was done towards the end of our state it was still something that had didn’t taken care of during our stay I couldn’t ask for a better experience, even with them suggesting the private chef that we got on the day of my birthday for breakfast was just top-tier. I think this is what made my stay in Aruba the best. I even caught myself looking through their website on another island for my next vacation!! don’t miss out book with them. You won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb in Aruba. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and spotless – everything was clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, always quick to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Aruba. It was the perfect home base for an unforgettable trip!
