Never received order

Never received my order they thief’s do not buy from them , there isn’t a customer service , liers

First parcel shipped out but PO didn't receive it.
They were quick to respond, however, and recent, but the wrong colour.
Discount was offered but I didn't want so I've returned.
They didn't reply when I asked if they had the correct colour.....

Great service, delivered as expected and easy to use website. Free delivery I'd always a welcomed bonus would definitely buy from again as very good value.

Item was sold on website while it wasn't available. I was waiting for a few days and by the delivery date my money was refunded.

Great product and service

Product Fab as always.

Normally Delivery is always before stated date. Ordered as needed item for late Wednesday. But on this occasion it arrived a day after the stated date.

Good reliable business

Didn't recieve the items and the company claim they were delivered.
There was 2 orders for my address and one for mums and no order were delivered.
Contacted through email to say these weren't delivered and not had a response.

Important note for customers in the EU:
This business is based in the UK. Therefore, customs and import sales tax are charged for deliveries to the EU. Unfortunately, I only received this information after I placed my order. After everything (price, freight, customs and tax), a purchase via Amazon would have been cheaper for me.

Unfortunately, the shipping packaging was inadequate, which is why both the product box and the tube itself were badly dented.

Fortunately, the product did not leak after all.

Leider muß man ja einen Stern anklicken , um eine Bewertung abgeben zu können....
1. Man hat mir nicht mitgeteilt , dass die Zollgebühren so hoch sein würden , sonst hätte ich das Produkt nicht bestellt . Zusammen mit den Versandkosten kostet es genauso viel wie das Produkt selbst . Das hätte ich anderswo billiger bekommen .
2. Da rechnet man damit das die Flasche, gut verpackt, in einem Karton verschickt wird. Aber dann kommt sie in einem Luftpolsterumschlag, fest eingeschnürt . Und beim Aufmachen kommt einem die Bescherung entgegen..... Flasche kaputt und beim Rausnehmen alles ausgelaufen .
Teures Lehrgeld bezahlt , für weniger wie nichts !

Shocking poor service from get go avoid delivery finally arrived and when did wasn’t usable as leaked all over lid wasn’t even on the bottle at all had no response when questioned avoid

Received an out of date sunbed cream and no response

I raised an issue with the item to the company and have just been IGNORED.
Definetly does not make you feel a valued customer...
I WONT be back
