Don't do it. Advice to everyone that is having problems. Go to the manufacturer directly. That got the ball rolling, but now I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Ordered a spoiler for my Cruze. Received one. could not get the screws out had to use vice grips because they machine put them on. ruined them. white fiberglass showing. extra holes. cheap crap. contacted the manufacturer extreme dimensions and bodykits. got a replacement after sending in pics. chunk missing out of corner. same screw problem. went and bought new screws. complained to bodykits. havent heard back. now filing a complaint with BBB about extreme dimensions. hoping to piece the two pieces to get one good spoiler. the holes will not line up. body kits when I initially complained said I needed to take it to an autobody shop to have it put on. it isnt rocket science to put on a spoiler..bodykits.com dont even see the product. they are like a dropshipper...

Stay Away!! They lied about a replacement part for my car and then told me that I had to pay the return shipping for their mistake. When I did that, they deducted the original shipping from the refund.

I've spent more hours trying to fight this to get a full refund than my time is worth, but it's the principal of the matter now.

They have no concept of customer service or earning repeat business.

Can't tell if they are simply incompetent or thieves but I will never do business with them again.

Don't put yourself in a position to get screwed like me and avoid them at all costs.

Ordered a "Duraflex" front bumper. When I received the part it wasn't symmetrical and it didn't fit my 95 Camaro AT ALL. Contacted customer service and now I'm getting the run around. I would stay away from this company/ web site.

I gave one star because zero stars is not an option. This is the worst company or group of people together! The products they sell are worthless, especially the Duraflex bumpers and related products. The packaging is subpar and obviously the part will get to you damaged. You will follow all their instructions and they will keep asking more information, photos, proof of purchase, even your SS number!! It is ridiculous! Someone has to take these clowns out of business. Please don't buy from them and don't you ever dare to buy a Duraflex bumper! They are a joke! That, combined with the worst customer service ever from bodykits.com, makes this the worst purchasing nightmare you will ever have on the Internet.

Or in this case they would need 10 starts to get to a 0 star rating. Guaranteed fit??? In what reality? I ordered a nose clip and rear fenders for my car from them. The nose clip after being checked out by the body shop was poorly cut from a bad mold. The rear fenders had damage I didn't detect, but the body shop easily spotted. The demanded pictures on top of pictures and even more pictures over the course of a month only to jerk me around and say they couldn't take the damaged parts back. In the meantime I have crappy parts I can't use and it would cost me 4 times what I paid for them to make them right. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COSTS!!! They are very responsive up until they get your money...then you're on your own! I've dealt with other vendors that STAND BEHIND what they sell. These crooks clearly will not!

This company comes in two forms - Bodykit.com and Carbodykits.

They are appalling!!! Do not deal with them - and the kits are poor quality rubbish.

And don't get them to ship to Australia.... you will regret that.

Horrible don’t buy from them I bought a hood that was exboused to be the top of the line best quality. This hood wasn’t even finished being made screws sticking through my hood waves and just a horrible look to it wouldn’t fit bc it was bent. Still trying to get my money back for 4 weeks now impossible to contact thinking of getting a lawyer. 10/10 don’t use this company.

Absolutely terrible company, if the goods ever arrive they are very poor quality, they advertise as in the UK, but they are actually in Eastern Europe,
its impossible to contact them, really bad.
I bought side skirts, it took a professional body shop 15hrs extra labour to modify and fit this rubbish.

Material was not as told Duraflex. Take long to Anger questions.
Charge to Match for shipping orders same size parts from other company in the us payed almost half for shipping.
Needet a lot of cutting angd Fitting. Sideskirts to short. No chance of fittig them!

I purchased two clearance rear under spoilers. The price was great. Shipping price was kind of spendy. Ivan the sales rep was great. Very helpful.

I 've been waiting for my bumper for 6 weeks now and it has still not arrived (their promised lead time us max 2 weeks plus shippoing).

The communication is unprofessional over the phone as well as over email. No updates, no callbacks.

Don't by here, they haven been sitting on my money for over 1.5 months now without delivering . Doesnt seem the actually have a real warehouse but organize shipments from china. You d be better off doing this yourself or with a professional company.

Will never buy here again.

Wrong fit for the car, product arrived cracked and chipped and customer service took over a month to sort it out and I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. nice people, but way too slow to respond to a problem order.

Do not buy a body kit from this company. I purchased a set of side skirts from Extreme Dimension. I took them to an auto body specialist who showed me the side skirts did not fit. He took pictures so I could send to show the skirts did not fit. My car was put back together so I could drive it. BK Sports asked for a picture of the side view. I did not have a picture of the side view. The pictures I sent showed a side view but not a straight side view. These people don't care if their product fit or not. they are all about getting your money. STAY AWAY.

Very disappointed in the quality of a product and bodykit service.
A defective product and after 4 months of silly it finally decided to do nothing to compensate me.
I had to put a project on the hold and subsequently shell out and take a lot of my time to fix their defective product.
Plus it my 350 us for the delivery on a 346 us order is anything.
Make the calculation, the purchase price + delivery + customs fees + expenses to remake the pieces (here we speak of a bumper fiber), it starts to be expensive for something faulty!

Conclusion
I would do more business with them and I would not recommend them to anyone either

I have not heard any thing from yall. So where is my body kit???
It has been all most a month.

website should be well kept and up to date, customer service needs 1000 (one thousand) percent improvement.
Body Kits sells parts which they don't have and me as customer if I wanna get it I'll have to wait between 6-8 weeks (if I'm lucky) in order for them to receive it and ship it to me.
I also asked to be comunicated when item was back in stock and answer was that they are "too busy" to contact everyone......
well.... got parts once, I'm waiting for them but never again.

They take a little more time than expected to get what you need , but they are really profesional Guys , thanks , I highly recommend widebody kits , thanks

From when I bought my front bumper to now , they’re customer service was horrible , they don’t try and help you out on your end , just whatever benefits them , I bought a 2008 Subaru wrx sti look front bumper that says it fit on a 08 wrx and I was told it did but it definitely did not , I sent them tons of pictures and the part number and they kept telling me they didn’t get any pics but I can clearly see them in all of our messages. They kept talkin in circles and couldn’t come to a solution to fixing the problem , couldn’t even give me some of my money back so now I’m 300 dollars less and no front bumper till I have the money for a new one , for anyone looking into buying any body parts for their car I recommend NOT going to body kits.com , bad quality party’s , bad customer service , parts don’t even fit correctly.
