Product is ok shipping is horribly slow and hard to track

Part came wrapped up perfectly however, once unwrapped, part was damaged. Had to have it sanded, repaired, and then it could be painted.

The part that I order arrived on time and also great condition. The only thing that I did not like, it arrived without a striker to secure the hood. On the 2004 mustang, you can not pop out the old striker and put it in the new hood. Its welded inside the old hood. Now I been researching the net trying to find a solution for the new program.

My wing showed up cracked, chipped, unfinished in any way, but I made a project out of it myself to restore it.

The parts took 10 weeks to arrive, couldn't get a response. When the parts did arrive they were of horrible quality and wouldn't fit the car. They wouldn't honor their warranty and Josh couldn't have been nastier. Was screwed for nearly $800. Reported them to FBI online fraud department. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Purchased headlight Kit by DEPO that says it included bulbs. Emailed and talked with Josh on the phone. Both times he said the bulbs were included. NO bulbs came with kit and when I contacted Bodykits they agreed that the description says bulbs included but said they would have to contact DEPO for replacement. The next day Bodykits changed their answer to say that bulbs were not included in the kit. These people don't know anything about the products they are selling, refuse to admit when they make a mistake and absolutely will not refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Bodykits! Read other reviews and you will see the majority are negative.

Stay away. Fitment is terrible as it is a cheaply made knockoff and representative Josh is rude, gets very defensive and sends you to the manufacturer. Finally offer a refund instead of replacement but you have to eat a couple hundred dollars in shipping cost. Seriously work a few days OT and get the real deal. You get what you pay for plus the headache.

Edit after the response: your representative told me to modify the wing to try to make it fit!
Refund in full was offered in exchange for me taking down the review. And I posted if before I got any money back in my account a few days later. Refunding in full should not be in exchange for wiping the review it should be part of the integrity and the right thing to do. Now I have a $1200 SIEBON carbon fiber spoiler. Totally worth the money.

Okay , so I ordered a Cobra R hood for my 99-04 mustang @BodyKits.com and I had #Zero issues . I also called in to verify my order and speak w/ personnel in regards to On-line “reviews” and I was greeted w/ satisfying customer service . I received my package yesterday and all was in great “well packaged” condition . So it’s not all bad , I’m sure I’ll place an order again in the future . Thanks guys 👍🏼

Sent me 2 broken parts. They sent me 1 replacement that was also broken. Strung me along for a year and now they wont refund me.
I contacted BBB and filed a report on these scum bags

This site deserves a zero star, and if I could I’d give it one. Read the reviews on this company before buying anything. If you want to waste your money, buy this! The pictures look nothing like what I got. What I got did not fit my mustang. The cutting was sh**, it was all scratched up, a huge dent in the piece. It’s BS that people spend there hard worked money on something that is literal trash. This company needs to be shut down. I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing and that is on my part. These people will not give you no return for the piece that doesn’t fit. Everybody who orders from these people are out hundreds or thousands of dollars. It’s sad. I hope they get shut down. These people are SCAMMERS do not buy anything from this website.

1st time buying from bodykits.com and would definitely do it again overlooking everything thanks to j.d. and ivan who are excellent customer service representatives who actually make you feel that you are priority to them while also understanding that they deal with you as the customer and dealing with the manufacturer so definitely try them you'll be satisfied all you have to do is ask for ivan or j.d.

I’ve worked with fiberglass several years. What I received form this place was so bad! The quality of the parts is embarrassing i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Do not buy any products from Duraflex every review here is negative these guys are total scam artists total rip-off send you the wrong part won't do anything for a replacement

Almost a month and no parts have came. Contacted them and they keep saying problems with customs, manufacturer says it’s back ordered, manufacturer says it will be shipping next month. I’m in for $1300 and nothing to show for it. Who knows if it’s really coming or if these guys are laughing at our reviews sipping margaritas on the beach somewhere!!

I had gotten a body kit from these guys for my car... I've had nothing but issues with everything they have sent me. My first bumper was a fitment issue they sent me a new one it was completely smashed and unusable... they sent me a third one and it has the same issues as the 1st one and has the same issue. In order for me to use the rear bumper I'd have to cut it in half to get it to work and I shouldn't have to. These guys have literally no quality control they dont check their stuff for fitment issues... they dont check dimensions at all before sending anything. At this point I have given up and just kept the last bumper and trying to figure out how to get it to fit on my car. I will never go through these guys ever again. It seems like they're getting seconds from another company that are bad and they're selling them anyways. Dont buy from these guys they're terrible.

Total crooks...Please please do not purchase from this company. They sell you damaged products and then say it not their fault.I am in the process of disputing them as of right now with Affirm. This business is a complete scam. Watch out. Read all the other reviews, don’t order from these jokers!!!!! I wish we would of read the reviews before ordering this piece of crap bumper. They sent us the wrong bumper, plus it was dented. It doesn’t even fit our Ford Fiesta and they’re saying that we need to take it to an auto body shop so they can write something up....What?!. They want us to Pay hundreds/thousands of dollars to a shop that’s going to say the same thing. Just because my husband doesn’t have a license, but knows a lot more than these clowns. Makes no sense. After arguing, I took pics and sent a video and now they’re giving us the run-around saying it’s still under review, after nine days they’re now saying we have to take off the front guard and another part, and send another video!! I can’t believe they’re still in business. I’ve reported this company everywhere I thought possible. Karma will hopefully shoot this company into the ground. I don’t know how these idios and A-holes sleep and night, and just continue to lie and scam their consumers everyday. So sad. I mean they’re like puppets just reading off a script pretending they know about cars.... Go get a real job! A job that you feel good about selling your product to and aren’t lying to your customers everyday.

I ordered a front bumper kit 114908, and received a box with the correct number on it but the completely wrong bumper. I called them to get an exchange or refund but they keep dodging calls and emails. Its been over a month and they keep blaming the manufacturer. I did not purchase from the manufacturer, I purchased from bodykits.com so they are the ones responsible for rectifying this situation. I need my money back. I went on facebook to express my dissatisfaction and quickly saw EVERY single post on their wall is about how they are a scam. This website/business should not be allowed to conduct business. They are stealing from so many people and $300-$500 from a lot of people add up.

Order a kit for my s13 hb and sent me a coupe kit the of the kit I order had a hb picture on it and they keep telling me I ordered for a 2 door. Isn't all s13 2door?
