2de aanvulling review 27maart. Na enkele weken is het probleem met de zadelpen opgelost. Hiervoor heeft een technieker een oplossing gevonden. Er kan eindelijk op dd fiets gereden worden. Natuurlijk met bijkomende kosten

Got 2 e bikes, started having issue with one bike where it moving ahead without doing anything (Got saves lot of times hitting other vehicles and hurting myself)
Similarly the second bike I lost the Nut and I requested nut from them and paid the shipping cost. They sent me wrong nut and asked me to use washer to workaround. This is unacceptable

Love my bodywel bike, it runs great no problems getting up hills and feels very stable. I have had a few problems with the bike recently but bodywel are happy to help sending out parts to get it fixed. Good all.round bike with good milage.

Ik heb een Body Wel T16 en ik heb nog nooit zoveel bekijks gehad. Regelmatig houden mensen mij aan om te vragen hoe ik aan die leuke elektrische opvouwbare fiets kom. Dan vertel ik, dat die snel is, hele goede vering heeft en makkelijk opvouwbaar is voor achter in de auto, zeer compact.
Ik heb er erg veel schik van en hij ziet er ook nog eens leuk uit!

Bought the bike 2 years ago, I was well impressed how sturdy it is, would be perfect for my commute
After a few months I had cable issues and they sent a video on how to repair it then the motor failed. They sent a new motor with instructions on how to change it. A lot of frustration for a new bike that should be repaired under guarantee, or replaced. I've had issues with the brakes - sorted by watching videos, but even so became wary that they'd fail at any time. There is rust on the chain, spokes and nuts & bolts (kept with other bikes that have no rust - in garage ).
To top it off the battery went to only doing about 20 Mike's a year ago. They offered a new at a reduced price but I decided not to spend any more on a bike I was unhappy with. Now it's completely dead! - very unhappy
Had a good 2 years riding just my 2 miles back & fore to work, felt generally safe as it was so sturdy- just the brakes let down & completely naff battery.
Hopefully a just bad one of the batch as so many good reviews

The bike is a Bodywel T16 pro.
The bike runs well and it is perfect for city.
Max distance in 3 speed mode is 22km without pedaling.
The display is not clear under the sun and you cannot read anything on it.
The rest is good

Compré una bicicleta eléctrica por 1000€ hace 15 meses, el freno trasero se ha estropeado porque se ha salido el líquido y ha contaminado las pastillas de freno. Está en garantía y la empresa no responde a mi reclamación, estoy muy descontenta.

Dopo un mese di utilizzo sono molto soddisfatto, se avesse il sensore di coppia sarebbe il massimo, partire da fermo in salita risulterebbe facile.

Vorrei acquistare la bici bodywel A26 e vorrei sapere se è a pedalata assistita o elettrica…grazie

I bought the Bodywel A275, nearly two years ago. The reason I bought this bike instead of the 1000´s others on offer, the price, big battery, thick tyres, big display, hydraulic brakes etc. The only thing I didn´t like was the colour but apart from that I am 100% happy with the e-bike and can reccomend it to whoever for normal bike rides.

I am so happy with my newly bought Bodywel bike A275. It’s really a perfect electric bike for in the city or longer trips. It drives very smooth on every (bumpy) road. I can honestly recommend this bike, prompt delivery and for any questions Bodywels support desk is extremely helpful and friendly,

Zo’n 1 jaar al heel blij met mijn groene F20Pro . Ik gebruik hem elke dag om 10km naar werk te fietsen en voor alle andere dagelijkse ritjes (want we hebben de auto weggedaan). Met 1x in de week een paar uur opladen gaat dit prima. De service in de winkel in Bodywel is top!

My partner bought this bike to get about on. From start to finish, the process was she loves the bike. She uses it all the time and it's never let her down. The battery lasts a long time, doesn't take much to charge to full (at very little cost). We did lose a key. The company replied straight away and have been very helpful. All round, the bike is very quality for the money. The company are very helpful, I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others 🙏

My daughter Leony is working as a schoolteacher and has to go through Amsterdam by bike every day this Bodywel T16 is the best solution for her to go through the busy traffic.
She had a small problem with the sensor but the company Bodywel will send her a new one in short time .She is very satisfied about her bike and the people of Bodywel

Brought a Bodywel A275. The screen, odometer and app are useless. Have had to replace bearings twice. Have had to replace the whole brake system and replace both tyres in less than 6 months. Absolute piece of excrement with matching customer service.

La verdad es que mi nueva F20Pro es la mejor bicicleta eléctrica del mercado. No podría estar más feliz. Siento exactamente lo mismo por el trato que recibí personalmente. El servicio es excelente.

Die BodywelA275 ist ideal für meine langen Reisen durch Deutschland. Sie bietet eine tolle Reichweite, ist bequem und fährt sich auf langen Strecken sehr stabil. Perfekt für Abenteurer und Reisende!

Heb de A275 besteld via de website. Enige minpuntje is dat de betaling via paypal niet goed gaat. Dus het is aan te raden om te betalen via een credit card of gewone bankpas. Zodra je een vraag stelt via de mail komt er snel antwoord op je vragen.

De fiets wordt vrij snel geleverd, je dient zelf even het voorwiel, stuur en het zadel erop te zetten en de trappers en standaard. Dit is vrij simpel te doen en de instructie via het filmpje op de site is duidelijk.
Het opladen van de accu gaat ook zeer gemakkelijk.
De fiets heb ik inmiddels getest en hij rijdt heel prettig! De trapondersteuning werkt geweldig en de fiets is zeer stevig. Een aanrader!
