Déçue.
Cliente fidèle de cette boutique depuis des années, j'ai malheureusement l'impression d'être de moins en moins bien traitée lorsque j'achète des articles soldés ou que je souhaite échanger un article trop grand. Les 12 € de frais de port pour un envoi Colissimo standard pour un pantalon de moins de 300 grammes sont exorbitants. La livraison est gratuite uniquement pour les commandes supérieures à 250 €, sans doute pour inciter aux achats importants. Je vais supprimer mon compte et commander sur d'autres boutiques en ligne où chaque client est important.

Enttäuscht. Seit Jahren kaufe ich in dieser Boutique mit Freude. Leider habe ich aber immer mehr das Gefühl, ein Kunde 2. Klasse zu sein, wenn ich im Preis reduzierte Artikel kaufe oder einen Artikel umtauschen will, wenn er zu gross ist. Die Portokosten von 12 Euro für Colissimo Standart für eine Hose, die noch keine 300 Gramm wiegt, finde ich schon unverschämt. Das Porto ist erst ab 250 Euro gratis und soll wohl zum Mehrkauf einladen. Ich werde mein Kundenkonto löschen lassen und in anderen Online Boutique bestellen, in denen jeder Kunde geschätzt wird.

Meine Erfahrung mit BoHo-Chic-Clothing war leider äußerst enttäuschend. Konkret:

Ich informierte den Händler über eine temporäre Abwesenheit von zwei Wochen und bot an, die Lieferung entweder an eine alternative Adresse zu senden oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zuzustellen. Trotz des klaren Angebots stornierte der Händler die gesamte Bestellung und sperrte mein Kundenkonto auf unbestimmte Zeit. Auf Nachfragen reagierte der Händler nicht. Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als sehr despektierlich.

Offensichtlich beschränkt sich das Geschäftsgebaren von BoHo-Chic-Clothing auf den reinen „Bestellung–Bezahlung–Versand“-Prozess. Es bleibt fraglich, inwieweit ein Händler für eine retourniert nicht zustellbare Sendung Umsatzansprüche geltend machen darf.

Mehrfache Nachfragen meinerseits blieben unbeantwortet. Dies erweckt den Eindruck, dass direkte Kundenkommunikation nicht vorgesehen ist und positive Bewertungen auf der Homepage möglicherweise der Zensur unterliegen.

Infolge ausbleibender Rückmeldungen erscheint jede öffentliche Antwort des Händlers auf diesem Portal als nicht aussagekräftig.

Nothing like advertised. Stole photos from other real clothing sites. Remade to look like originals with fabric that feels like a shower curtain.

Absolute Frechheit! Verschicken Kleider mit defektem Reißverschluss und ich soll die Rücksendung zahlen! Nach China! Aber dann soll man es als Geschenk versenden, um noch den Zoll zu bescheissen! Und Paypal macht da auch noch mit! Käuferschutzantrag schneller abgelehnt, als ich ihn gestellt habe!

I have purchased from them for 10 years and have always found their service and clothing to be excellent. Shop with confidence!

Trashiest material ever!!! I bought a pair of high waisted, plaid, bell bottomed "pants". They are cheap, bathing suit material, no lining either, just barebones swimwear material. Even if it were free, it would belong in the trashcan. Paid over $50 for these. Rip off beyond belief!!

Their customer review on their web page - IS FAKE - it was manipulated by the company itself - the customer service is very often unfair, rude and deceiving. This is confirmed from many other customers !!

I wrote an email to the company and they responded back quickly. They were very nice. They do seem legit which was my main concern. Not sure if I will buy from them, but has nothing to do with the store.

so happy with my experience with Boho Chic Clothing. My items were sent out the day after i ordered them, they were packed beautifully and the customs process was super easy to navigate. Will 100% use this company again.

After 50 days,the package hadn’t arrived and the the deadline given by the french post(30 days)to investigate,was over but yet they did not want to refund my parcel of €731!They wanted me to wait further.After 60 days I was able to get a refund via PayPal finally,even though to give me my money back,they tried to ask me for a copy of My identity card and self declaration stating that I did not receive the parcel.Request that I did not satisfy,as I’m not encline to share My personal details and it was already documented by the post and verified by PayPal that the parcel was stock somewhere in the network!Not nice.Also,I tried contacting them several times after this issue,for info on some items as I intended shopping with them again,and since I had an issue with My account.They never replied back.I understand they might be upset for having to give me a refund,but it was not My fault if the items got lost!
I also noticed I’ve been blocked on Istangram.Not very professional at all.

Took a very long time to receive product, can't get a hold of anyone (phone, chat, email, etc.) and once I got product it's total crap and wanted to return but there are no return instructions. Don't waste your time or money.
