Absolutely HORRIBLE online shopping experience, worst ever actually. I was told that my order was delivered (tracking stated it was delivered to an address in CANADA…however I live in the U.S. I notified customer service only to be told that the dress is no longer available, and I must choose another, which was an even higher cost. I stupidly paid the extra money, and still have not received a dress, three months later. They are a SCAM COMPANY…BEWARE!!!!!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered shopping online.The clothes is really cute and the fact that they cater to plus size is great because it’s hard to find cute clothes. I just don’t feel the price of the garments is justified. The quality of the clothes is hit or miss. I have a sweater that was fifty five dollars and it’s held up good. I also purchased a cute sleeveless top and one wash the threading came undone and it’s not wearable.all i was trying to do is get my money back i went on the facebook and i found this company HELPLINE number which is nine one nine nine three nine two five fopur four on the same day i have contacted the cutsomer service team and they help me out return and refund my issue was resolved

DON'T DO IT!!! I followed a link from a legit wedding blog to this website and pretty much found the dress of dreams. I thought there was a good chance it might not be exactly as pictured but for $40 it was worth the risk. I later reversed searched the image used on the product and it was images of a very expensive designer wedding dress! I expected slightly different but to completely use false images is beyond!! Absolute fraud! Glad I used paypal to pay and hoping they can help get my money back!

Still waiting on an order placed 3 months ago, was told I can't cancel because it shipped, tracking it is useless because the link they gave me has not been updated since November (its February already) ...customer service .....its very disappointing the lack of such!!!

This place is a complete scam that will steal your money and send you a bait and switch dollar tree item! Avoid at all cost.

ALL AS I WILL SAY IS AWFUL, AWFUL, WREATHS ARE TINY AND CHEAP LOOKING NOTHING LIKE PICTURES. I AM ONLINE WITH MY BANK AS I WRITE TO CANCEL PAYMENT.

BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered their wreath. It was NOTHING like what the pictures showed. It was supposed to have a cute truck on it and the truck was literally a paper printout of a truck stapled to the back of a 3.99 dollar tree type wreath. TOTAL SHAM!!!!

Ich bin enttäuscht. Ich habe 15 Teile bestellt und nur 3 davon waren in der bestellten Größe angekommen. Alle anderen Teile haben die mir einfach eine Nummer größer zugesendet. Absolut Unprofessionell bei einer solch großen Bestellung.

Products received were NOT as described. Neither the size of style is the same as pictured. Very disappointed. Quality comparable to a Dollar Store product. Beware!

Ordered a dress in march it still has not arrived 3 months later. Disgraceful. Customer service is non existent, they dont reply to emails.

This company is a complete scam. I never received the dresses I ordered and when requesting a refund they refused to reply my request.

I brought 2 items over 2 months ago, said it was tracked shipping but stopped in Shanghai and no further tracking. After contacting told to wait 3 more weeks due to Covid19 but have received other items from same country, it said was based in California originally. I complained and was sent a refund back to PayPal and it sat pending then received a email from PayPal to say it bounced and to recontact Chicboho. I am sure if I do ever receive the quality will be bad. Don't buy. They have many different sites under the same site on Instagram, very misleading

Please do yourself a favor and vacate yourself out of this website.This is like a scam. The items I ordered were not same looking quality, color and look wise. They look so cheap. I regret having ordered this and want to return them so far they still not answer my email.
