Danny was very professional in providing a quote and the different boiler options suitable. Due to an appointment being cancelled Jeff could come around the next day and replace our old boiler very quickly in half a day. Jeff arrived very punctual and worked very efficiently. He brought all required parts and installed all parts required for a full 10 year manufacturer guarantee. We recommend them and look forward to using their service.

Danny was very professional and the onboarding service was very thorough. From a video consultation to inspect the boiler area, to booking in a technician with quick availability.

Chris was superb. Arrived on time, very professional, and diligent. He made sure that our new Vaillant boiler was installed perfectly, and the entire house was well balanced with the heating functioning as intended. He left the place very tidy, and took away our old boiler for disposal.

Our boiler was leaking and we needed to buy a new one as soon as possible. Danny spoke to me and talked through all the boilers that would be suitable for our home and made recommendations on a boiler make that I wasn’t familiar with - Glow Worm, I only knew Worster and Vaillant boilers so was a little hesitant. But all these boilers perform similarly and are covered by 10 year guarantee. So it was a no brainer.
Jeff installed the boiler in the next two days. He worked alone, running in and out of the house (bless him) and managed to do it all without any problems. After installation he talked me through the mechanisms and reassured me that the Glow Worm works perfectly and he’s been fitting lots of them over the years! He cleared up all his equipment. I’m very impressed by his workmanship. Would recommend Harrison Boilers! Quick and smooth experience with them.

They sometimes need a bit of prodding, but service is broadly good. They care about their reputation – including coming out to fix a problem after installation. Good basic value as well.

We had a clear quotation, good advice about boiler replacement options and other necessary work (heating pump and shower pump replacement) - and well planned and organised installation on site. Due to some complexities with an old dual pump central heating arrangement, Jeff came out to check the work required and advised about the best option. All work was carried out to plan - and left clean and tidy. A great company to have work done by.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Harrison Boiler and Install. I needed a new boiler and several new radiators after a renovation project. Really happy with clean and tidy working at all times. Their quotes were fair and the whole experience was very professional.

Danny gave me all the quotes and info needed and arranged the installation dates.
Had the new boiler for over a week, seems to be performing as expected, team came in and removed old boiler and tanks, tidied/removed the old pipes and installed the new combi boiler all in 1 day no issues so far! Was advised we had to use additional parts from the same boiler manufacturer to get the manufacturer warranty, job was one of the more expensive quotes but was happy to pay. Thanks

Boiler replacement Tesco insurance insisted i was not covered. Harrison’s came to my rescue supplied and fitted within 24hrs.
Customer service was awesome likewise tradesman. Nationwide coverage from a company i would not hesitate to recommend.

From start to finish we received a professional service. Danny went to a lot of trouble to find the best boiler for our property and Marcin, the fitter, was excellent, staying late into the evening until the job was finished. 5 star all round.

Was great experience. Surprised only Danny turned up as I thought it a two man job. But no and the job, replacing my old Boiler, was done with such efficiency, perfectly cleaned up after he was finished and took away the old Boiler. Arrived about half eight and was finished by one. Unbelievable!
