Our boiler decided to stop working so in panic mode, we started searching for the most appropriate and cost effective options. Harrison Boiler+Install team was the 1st to be contacted and they called over the weekend which was really pleasant and unexpected. From the initial discussion over the phone and video call, all was decided within a matter of a day. In the meantime, the other installers were either far more costlier or were not offering the same services. Danny and Dale from Harrison simply managed the entire process and got the new one installed within 24 hours of confirming my order. Definitely recommending to anyone who wishes to replace their boiler and related services.

I would completely recommend Harrison's for their technical knowledge, efficient installation and customer service. The install was carried out neatly and the engineer explained my new boiler and how to control it with Hive.
The whole process was simple and quick including arranging the finance.

I had to replace my boiler so contacted several companies for advice, guidance and quotes. Harrison’s were fantastic, Danny and Josh were very helpful in every aspect explaining the pro’s and con’s of each option and thier quote was clearly laid out detailing every aspect. I decided to place the order, today the engineer arrived on time, covered all the work area and staircase. He worked tidily and cleared up afterwards although there was no mess. He fully explained the system and its features. I cannot recommend Harrison’s highly enough.

Harrison boiler and install fitted a new boiler for me and the work was great, completed in one day and affordable.

A great experience from start to finish. Danny was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had very quickly. Jimmy turned up at 8am and was very professional. He left the area clean and tidy and was even as quiet as possible when I had to jump in to a quick work meeting. I am extremely happy with my new cylinder.

Arrived at 0800hrs, placed all there working gear in one place. Carried on working until they finished. The job was well done.

I was very pleased with the installer of my new boiler. Paul was hardworking, positive and did a very good job. Unfortunately I had a water leak from the new boiler straight away and pleased to say that Dale made sure this was dealt with that evening. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and attitude towards the customer.

Needed quick turnaround on install due to failed system-Two guys in two days completed all work and areas were left clean and tidy with absolute minimum of disruption.

Oh boiler was removed and the new one replaced with a minimum of fuss was very accommodating professionally competent.

Did the job with a minimum of fuss and will be grateful for the way he tidied up all the excess Waste that needed to be cleared from the site.

I hope the new boiler when I worked well and if so, I will consider the job 100% professionally done.

Ehsan was great, we did a really quick video call to assess the boiler. The guy (Chris?) turned up as scheduled and was really lovely, got the job done quickly and with no fuss. Felt at ease whilst he did the work. Super straightforward. Unfortunately my building fire alarm was going off all day due to some testing, Chris was a gem about it - despite the headache it was inducing in us both!

I was let down by my boiler cover with HomeTree, in the end I installed a new boiler.
Danny worked tirelessly to help me get the right boiler and make sure that the install met the current regs (not easy). Jimmy the installer was amazing quick efficient and tidy.
I had at least 4 competing quotes - these guys just went the extra mile.

They didn’t highlight to me at the beginning that I had an asbestos wall which I needed removing by another company. This was annoying but understandable. They were happy to begin once removed.

Josh and Paul showed a real genuine passion for doing the job. Josh especially was always on hand to answer questions and settle my nerves.

What they did for me:
Decommissioned and removed old boiler, water cylinder.
Decommissioned water tank.
Installed new unvented cylinder and boiler.
Fixed my awful water pressure.
Installed Hive.
Fitted new TRV body on a heater.

Great company to choose and install a new boiler with. It was my first time going through a new boiler process, I felt like I could trust Harrison Boiler, they are very professional, the boiler guarantee is directly with the boiler company etc. The installation process was smooth with no issues, many thanks to Danny & Chris 👏.

Danny was really helpful and quick to reply in the lead up to the install, during and after, and provided lots of info in the quotes so I knew what I was getting. Jimmy installed my boiler and was really nice, kept things tidy so I was able to remain in the flat, was helpful and answered any questions I had and went out of his way to keep my flat in the same condition despite it being a difficult install in terms of access and not cut into plasterboard etc. as I'd been told was going to be necessary.

These guys are brilliant. Super efficient! Friendly Helpful Tidy Competitive what more can I say…and stunning pipework. I can’t recommend them enough, don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!

Dealing with Harrison Boilers and Install was so easy, my main contact through the whole thing was Josh. If you're
lucky to deal with him it should be smooth sailing, he discussed my options, was straight talking, not trying to upsell and add unnecessary extras but will offer a range of boilers thermostats and things for you to make up your mind. If you have questions he was more than happy to explain. The video survey / walk through prior to the install was a breeze too. Paul who did the install was a good guy, he worked diligently ensuring it was all sorted and I was more than happy with him too. Based on my experience I would gladly recommend Harrison Boiler and Install to family and friends alike.
