Boilerbreakdowns have been very responsive, fixed the issue and followed up to make sure everything was working properly afterwards.

Great company thats why i used them again this year and will when ever i need a certificate/service or breakdown. They remind you when your cert is due. They are prompt and do an excellent job. Staff first class.

They arrived quickly to diagnose the problem and came back a week later to sort it out. The repairs were done very well and the tradesman was very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything. Would definitely have them back!

Boiler Breakdowns did a brilliant job for us and I have already recommended them to others. Adam sorted out our boiler last December. He wasn’t optimistic about its long term prospects.
Last Friday evening, the boiler gave up. I spoke to charming Jack on Monday morning and Adam was with us before midday. It wasn’t worth buying the necessary new parts. The next evening, a new boiler was happily at work. Despite complicated fitting, involving dismantling cupboards, cutting holes to accommodate different flues, the kitchen was totally back in shape when Adam and his colleague left.
And they were a pleasure to have around!

Couldn't be happier with the service provided. Jack in the office dealt with my initial call and made sure I had an engineer on site within less than 2 hours. Milenko, the engineer, went the extra mile when it came to installing our new boiler and servicing our entire central heating system and had to face quite a few challenges to get things working properly. He was respectful and courteous and very professional. The three day job was then followed up by a courtesy call from Jack, making sure we were happy with the job and if there were any queries we had. He also sorted out the manufacturer's warranty for me so that was one less thing for me to worry about. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a quick and efficient response, with excellent customer service.
