Boma Garden Centre Avaliações

I visited Boma yesterday for the first, but definitely not the last time. Thanks to the amazing Monica, super helpful and very knowledgeable, this morning I took delivery of planters for the balcony, all beautifully planted up by Monica.

A very positive experience with BOMA from both myself (halfway around the world from London) and the local recipient of two beautiful winter planters. Impressive customer service in every respect. Rapid response to queries, and helpful about a prompt delivery that was even faster than outlined on their website. Less than 24 hrs from the time I placed my order to the time my family member was enjoying the planters out on her balcony! Can’t beat that! Delivery was flawless and exactly when they said it would be. The planters are gorgeous and BOMA will now be our go-to for future gifts, plants and indulgences.

I was looking for Opuntia inermis Southern spineless cactus and added my email to be notified when it was back in stock. Several months later I was notified and made the order. This is a delicate plant with pads that can easily fall off and it is soft so easily damaged in transit. Boma Garden Center packaged this plant exceptionally well with plenty of protection allowing it to arrive safely. It was very clear they cared about the plant and the customer and this is why I have taken time to write this review. The plant was much bigger than what was shown in the picture as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve been looking for a large 'statement' plant pot for my courtyard garden but as I live in Newcastle upon Tyne I am outside of Boma’s usual delivery area for such items. However, Boma went out of their way to find a solution and they managed to get the pot to me in a quick and efficient way. The staff were super friendly over email and on the phone, and the whole transaction was completed in a helpful and professional manner. Thank you Sean and Laura!

Beautiful plant pots received. Love the colour. Speedy delivery. Very affordable in comparison with other garden companies

Very quick delivery. Lovely healthy and decent sized plants which were well packaged. I have had 2 deliveries of plants from Boma and they have both been great. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service from start to finish plant arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition and well packaged

Wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing from them again 😊

Pleasant polite friendly knowledgable and helpful.
A very good shopping experience in a well stocked and well laid out garden centre

Beautiful planters, speedy delivery. Extremely helpful & friendly team.
Unfortunately, one of the pots were damaged. Customer service responded immediately and offered a refund. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is not being offered a replacement planter but I would still recommend using them for great products & fab staff.

Very prompt delivery of a lovely plant. Good and friendly service all round.

Boma staff proved to be cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful and extremely efficient. None better.
Many thanks.

I have visited Boma on 2 separate occasions and each time was a pleasure. Not only do they have a large and lovely supply of healthy plants but the staff are lovely too. I also did a web order and the driver was so helpful. When I visited on Saturday (3/6/23), I got carried away and so asked if they could deliver and was told that I could have delivery that very day! I asked if it could be done before 4pm as I was going out and they said we'll put a note on for the driver and he'll call if he can't get there. He arrived at 3.45pm and was also very helpful. I am so impressed with Boma staff and their customer service and how they look after the plants and the helpfulness of their drivers. Well done, I shall be visiting/ordering again :0)
